When you are in Ochsners Hospital and order on the app for the smoothie king inside the hospital the app boots the order to this location without giving the option of keeping the hospital location. The girl working at the hospital location is aware of this happening and doesn’t care. She told me to go across the street even though I explained that I could not leave the hospital. Told me to Google the address and insinuated I should know the addresses of the locations. Told her I was from out of state and never been here before. Told me to call them and cancel the order. I called and at first was told it couldn’t be done. I explained what happened and was told just to tell the hospital location that I already paid. Explained that they didn’t care and charged me a second time. The man took my number, called his boss and called back to say they would refund the first charge. That was very nice. To avoid this happening to others they need to fix the app to stop it booting to the other location.

Fantastic. Absolutely wonderful. The smoothie was perfect, the employees were on the ball, and the store itself is spotless. I'll be visiting every time I'm in the area.

Visited location 2/20/2022 around 6:30pm. Short stocky Caucasian male with long hair was very rude. Speaking to me as if I were illiterate when pressing the buttons to do my transaction. Apparently, he had an attitude for what reason I’m not sure. However, if that’s how you treat African American customers, I no longer want to spend my money at smoothie king. If you don’t like your place of employment, get another job. Take in consideration you are working in environment where most of your customers are healthcare workers. You honestly think we don’t deal with enough at the job to come across the street to be talked down to. I’m sure you would feel the same way if we were unprofessional at your Drs’ visit. Needless to say his behavior is inappropriate for any customers. I am enraged because its people like him that feel as though they can get away with anything.

Ordered pick up. They quoted me 8 minutes. I went in after 8 minutes and it was ready and staff was nice. Tastes great!
I'm a big fan of 32oz. Chocolate Hulk, in fact 99%of the time that's what I get, but everything else I tried has been just as phenomenal..I just can't help but to always get to the Hulk! Try it!
