No matter which smoothie I ordered, it tasted artificial like some sort of powder. I can't imagine these are actually good for you.

The white woman that was working and shutting down around 8:30 tonight had terrible customer service skills. When I walked in she said "Hi how are you" I responded but she didn't hear me so she said it louder with an attitude. I ordered a smoothie and she snickered at the fact that she already shut down that station and we'll have to open it up again because they're about to close. You still have 30 minutes to work why are you closing stations down and then telling the customer with an attitude?She died made a statement under her breath that she's worn out, why do you need to tell me? We're all tired working sweetie it's reality.I asked if she could put ice on top of my drink in a bigger cup and she gave me a strange look and didn't answer me. She did end up putting it in a bigger cup and it tasted great but the experience really put me in a bad mood. I work around the corner and I haven't had a good experience here.

This smoothies were amazing. I ordered two of them. Nice, clean, and healthy restaurant in downtown. Would be a great place to sit and chill and do some work. Parking is easy and right in front of store.

I am a first-time customer of Smoothie King and I asked Jim what is the most popular drink in here. He told me everyone always asks for the Hulk and then asked do I wanted a medium I told him no I’ll take a small because it's my first time. I chose to mix it with strawberries I regret not taking the medium or even large because it was really good it was like heaven in a cup ? the entire staff was professional

For months I have enjoyed indulging into the many shakes. Never have I ever had any problems rather walk in or delivery. On Saturday, October 21, I ordered a $20 shake to be delivered and once the delivery person marked delivered I paced the restaurant looking for nearly 10 minutes. After I figured out it was nowhere to be found I tried contacting Uber, which was impossible cause I ordered from the app & the ticket closed out. I went through the app help options & contacted the store directly as instructed in the app. The MOD heard my concern & brushed it off by saying this never happens at his store. I tried explaining my situation again & told him I never had this problem before either. He took my number & gave his word to reach out with a solution. After a 15 hour shift I still heard nothing, no refund nor shake. This wasn't fair at all & I will miss the shakes due to poor customer service/communication.

I would leave no stars if I could! This is by far the worst smoothie king location I've ever been too it's my second time trying them out and both times has been horrible everything from the smoothie not tasting what it's suppose to taste like and the unprofessional service from the employees. The first time I went before work it tasted different but I didn't think much of it. Today I went back it waited over 15 minutes for 1 vanilla hulk. I finally hear one employee tell the other she's gonna remake that one because it looked off and the other employee instead just added more icee making it very slushy and just giving me that instead of making it over properly. Last time I'll go there.

A few weeks ago, I had an order wrongly prepared, but the store manager Tabitha reached out to me later on, and invited me back for a new smoothie to make up for it . I'm happy to give this store a five star after seeing her friendliness and effort to give proper service. And I'll certainly be coming back more often.
