Purchased 2 strawberry delights smoothies that were not prepared correctly. It had no taste at all. I tried calling the location, however, the number on their site is not a working number.

Went there yesterday and used my card. 2 hrs later someone was using my debit card from there. 3 transactions was successful. 3 was declined. I'm very upset and pissed. I called back to speak with a manager. I was told she was gone for the day. I told the employee who I spoke with about my situation. I haven't received another transactions since I've spoken with that lady. I will be back with the cops to press charges on those there. I work hard for my money . I'd be damn if I let someone who's working on their job , steal my money. Do not use your credit or debit card at Elysian fields and North Claiborne

The smoothies are always pretty standard and taste like a smoothie king smoothie. But don’t expect the people who work here to be glad you’re ordering at their location. And don’t expect it to be a quick stop EVER. Not friendly and by far the SLOWEST smoothie king I have ever been to. This is my fifth time and every time I try it’s AT LEAST 20 min. And I always do a mobile order. Todays wait time in the drive through 32min.

This is the worst smoothie king. Sucks every time and most of the time they don't even have all of the ingredients. I always order a smoothie with almond milk bc dairy milk doesn't sit right in my stomach and they always give me dairy milk. I feel sick after I get a smoothie from this location every time. I've given them a few chances but never again and I don't recommend!

Me and my Lil brother came thru the line and ordered a med banana boat and a small banana berry treat and a large pineapple surf and these were the only smoothies we ordered from here that wasn't watery. The 2 ladies Trell and D'marie had our smoothies made real quick we was out in like 4 minutes any other day we're sitting in drive thru for 10 minutes or better. Keep it up ladies.

I remember when I got my first smoothie from here when they first opened and it was watery and just didn't taste right. I tried it again almost a year later 3 times twice last week and once this week, and I honestly can say I've noticed some improvement. It didn't taste bootleg or like it was missing something at all it was perfect. I never had a good strawberry banana at any location except the one on poydras. But the Lady d'maria made it soo perfect for me it was thick and the least bit from being icy or watery and it was actually flavor to it this time. I WILL back. I want her to make mine everytime now

I wish this was a location I could come in and sit while i enjoy my smoothie but i still always enjoy coming here, its always a treat for me and this is a good way to cheat my diet while having things that still taste great.
The kindness was definitely a plus besides the amazing smoothies I received! Would 10/10 recommend coming to this smoothie king!!

I go here every morning before work, I get a gladiator coffee but i just started getting the pumpkin coffees and they taste AMAZINGGG!! I absolutely love fall and this is a great way to get fall started ❤️❤️
