A/C SHOULD NOT BE ON WHEN ITS 40 DEGREES OUTSIDE ITS FREEZING IN HERE very disappointed. The only thing y'all can do that will make me return and not driving an hour or two somewhere else to see this event is not to turn the freaking AC on in 40° weather that was absolutely ridiculous and I even told one of the ushers and the only thing her stupid self can say is I don't know they always turn it on I have attended so many events there I will not be back until something is done

We came for the game opener of the season, Pelicans versus the Knicks. Entry was fairly simple. They had a line for those with bags to clear thru security and another for the bagless entrants. After the security check they scan your ticket and direct you to the left or right to find your section. There were many good options for food and drinks and of course Smoothie King was one. We had chicken tenders, fries, popcorn, sausage nachos, pizza and various drinks. There was even a Hennessy section. The stadium is nice and huge. They had free shorts on each seat for fans. The game was fun to watch and the crowd was so lively. Can't comment on parking.

Three Point Grill philly cheesesteak sandwich was very nasty. I paid $15.99 for stale bread and overly greasy previously frozen meat. The potato chips were soggy because the frozen meat was so greasy. Three Point Grill should be removed from the list of food vendors at the Smoothie King Center.

Such good service!! Ten out of ten recommend going to this smoothie king! The workers were so kind and got my smoothies out in no time!

We had a fine time at the Smoothie King Center. We went on 3/18/23 to the the Professional Bull Riders invitational. We had a fine time. We did park in a closed lot with an attendant and a state trooper at the entrance/exit. That's always nice. This photo is from section 303. I think it was a great view. The venue as well as the bathrooms were clean with plenty of staff and security. One thing to note.... fountain drinks come with no lid and no straws. The large is $8 but you get free refills.

The food is really good and less expensive than other arenas.

I always enjoy attending concerts at the Smoothie King Arena! The venue is designed with concert-goers in mind, offering superb acoustics, ample seating, and several multi stall restrooms. I've seen many big-name artists here, including Drake, Justin Timberlake, Maxwell, Kevin Hart, Mike Epps and others. The energy of the crowds are electric, creating a vibrant and unforgettable atmosphere.Every event is always fully staffed, "yellow vest" every where! The staff is attentive and helpful, making sure that guests locate their seat and nearest restroom. The concession stands have the usual nachos, hotdogs, popcorn, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages. I think there's definitely room for improvement in the concessions area maybe including some local favorites more consistently like seafood poboys maybe even jambalaya. The location of the arena is convenient, with nearby parking options. Overall, attending a concert at the Smoothie King Arena is a truly memorable experience, filled with great music, and a lively atmosphere; in my own backyard.

I've gone to the Smoothie King Center a couple times in the last month and had 2 completely different experiences. The 1st experience was for a Pels Game. We sat court side in the 2nd row. That experience was great! Of course being right in the midst of the on court action was great, but also court side lounge was very nice. The food was great, drinks we're good, staff was nice, friendly, and efficient. I wish I could remember the bartender's name but she remembered our drink orders each time we went to her. The 2nd experience was for a concert that my friend and I decided to get last minute tickets for. We sat in section 305, row 1. The view from the seat was as expected. This is 3rd level so you're obviously not close to the stage but I could see the entire stage, the monitors on each side and I didn't feel like I was watching the concert from heaven. The only negative about the seat which was a big deal for me and why I'll never sit in this section again was the fact that the AC blew directly on me the entire night. So I was cold and annoyed by air constantly blowing on me. The other issue I had was with the bar service. There was a small bar with 3 bartenders not far from our seats. Unfortunately these 3 bartenders were extremely slow and inefficient. The two times when I went to the bar, the lines were soooo long and caused us to miss parts of the performances because we were still waiting. I'm sure I'll find myself back at the Smoothie King Center for an event. I will make sure not to sit in section 305 and have low expectations for the bar service.

The Smoothie King Center atmosphere was off the charts!! The energy of the crowd was electrifying and motivating for the Pels game. I am happy that I was able to attend Friday night's game. If you have not been to a Pelican's game, please put it on your todo list in the near future. I will be back for sure.

I absolutely love the energy of this stadium. From the band playing outside to the music inside it's a party from start to finish! Drinks and concession prices are reasonable and the Pels are in first place in the west!

Great venue and great experience. First NBA game and really enjoyed it. Pre game entertainment was great and the interaction with the fans during time outs and half time was really good.

I ventured to this arena to see the incomparable Queen Mary J. Bilge for a friend's birthday! She was phenomenal and ga e is a heck of a show! They did sell tickets that some of my friends weren't happy with due to the acoustics. If you sell tickets I'm the back of the arena, make sure there are speakers that go completely around to ensure everyone can hear the greatness that Queen Mary has to offer. There were plenty of people and security and no incidents of violence or outbursts amongst the patrons! Would I go back of course; it's New Orleans!
