Not friendly with mobile orders

Plenti of room to sit down. I had a mobile order. It took 10 minutes to get the coffee, then 5 more to get the sandwitch. No line to explain the slowness other than a couple of cars in the drive

This location on Holiday drive is usually a hit or miss but now they just keep missing. They have my chai tea tasting like milk or watered-down milk. They received the stars for the food not the drinks.

It's more of a miss than a hit, every time I come to this location...not sure why the baristas can't make the same drinks the other cafes do. The coffee today tasted old, burnt ... My breve was with milk not half and half. It's the last time I'll go to this location. Everyone in the car was disappointed with their drink.

As a barista at another store I asked my drink to be made in the foam pitcher. At my store, if a customer request their drink to be made a certain way, we make sure that we make the costumer connection within the Starbucks standard rules. The shift or manager refused to do it after I also asked at the speaker. I saw the other barista shake it after I requested it to be made a certain way for a reason. She said they couldn’t make it that way with no reason why and I literally make it that way all the time. I also requested light ice and they put the regular scoop of ice that the cup size requires. If I could I would give this experience a zero.

Another great experience, and hopefully, this spot stays like this,1. Consistency for a local this is key2. Understanding, to not have to repeat the order 5 times is very convenient3. Speed no one likes to wait.These 3 key factors make a great coffee shop.This is the second time I come , if the third experience is the same then this will be my go to.

Personally i never go inside unless the line is long, which in this case it was. I ordered on the app and put “drive thru” for my pickup option, but i would’ve blocked the street bc the line was extremely long. so i went inside, waited 15 minutes, and saw that my order was by the window. One of the girls that were working proceed to ask “What you had?” with an unnecessary attitude. I told her I had a mobile order and gave my name, then she more or so DEMANDED “What I had.” I told her my order, then another girl gave it to me, pointed to my ticket, and told me i “put drive thru pickup.” At this point I was irritated, and proceeded to tell her if i came through the drive thru i would’ve blocked the street. The only time I’ve ever had issues with customer service from this location was if it was a black worker, mind you I AM BLACK. Starbucks is a higher standard franchise especially considering the location, and did not appreciate their service at all, obviously they need to work at Mcdonald’s, a location where that kind of treatment is expected. If they’re frustrated about their line being to the street, they need to take that upon themselves instead of taking it out on customers. Mind you, I witnessed the first girl give the same attitude to another customer, but she didn’t say anything back, AND MY DRINK WAS MADE WRONG! I didn’t even realize until I got back to my car, couldn’t go back bc I was late for class. Highly dissatisfied with the service I received this morning.Parking: Their line was so long, all the cars were blocking the first line for parking, and the lot was full of cars.

This whole store is special needs. I placed an order using the app. They confirmed they had the order, we get there to pick it up, the order is nowhere to be found, they said they never got the order but the same young lady I spoke to that confirmed the order the first time, was the one that said they never got it. What a dingbat. So we had to go into the store to show a screenshot of the order shed just told me they already had!!!

I order from here very regularly and this Starbucks store lacks consistency. I don’t order many different things so I notice when it’s not right. They rarely make my flat white correctly and it’s always different depending on who makes it. My biggest irritation is if I order cold brew coffee and they serve me iced coffee instead! WTH, just tell me you are out of the cold brew. I love Starbucks, just not this location so much.

I enjoy the indoor/outdoor seating, excellent coffee drinks, and customer service. The only reason for 4 stars is that both bathrooms were out of order. I'm pretty sure restaurants are supposed to have a working bathroom to be considered operational ?

Sailing On Grace

Aloha and Mahalo to the staff! Visiting from out of town working in New Orleans and surrounding areas this past month. Visited atleast 15 diff. Starbucks. This by far was the friendliest staff, Fastest Service and best overall experience of any Starbucks in the New Orleans area! Thank you all. Mahalo!
