The looks of the food does no justice. You have to actually try their food. Living in a world with so much inflation and bad unhealthy food, I left here feeling like I received my monies worth. I ate half my plate and I had energy to do other activities afterwards. I walked the French Quarter and didn’t feel tired. I finished the rest of my plate for dinner and instead of feeling tired and sleepy, I decided to come here and write this post. Worth every second of my time. Eating vegetables are an exciting experience, especially when you can eat them and feel good.

It wasn't bad but it wasn't that good. Everything was sweet. I'm happy that it was vegan and I tried it.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian but it was also too sweet. This food is revolutionary. I'm not vegan and was blown away by how good every single dish we got was. I'd particularly recommend the cauliflower and collard greens. And whatever you get make sure to opt in for the cornbread on the side.

Gumbo was not good. It was sweet. Gumbo isn’t sweet. It was in red gravy. New Orleans gumbo is not in red gravy. I was hyped up to try it and extremely disappointed. Orange cauliflower didn’t have the orange taste. Shepherd pie was great. Yams on point!! I must have picked a day that the cook was off . So disappointed ?

I've driven past this place so many times and finally decided to try it today. I was so pleased! The taste of the Philly pasta, collard greens, and cornbread was DELISH, but the sweet and spicy cauliflower? Listen... I was so happy to support a Black business where I could get delicious food quickly (during a 30 min lunch break). Can't wait to come back and try the desserts (bread pudding and ice cream!)
