Customer service and workers here are horrible! Workers are at work with guns on their hips and reek of marijuana . They leave the store unattended to sit outside and smoke weed! They are very rude and disrespectful by the mouth , and overall do not need to work if they hate the job that bad! They just need to close the location all together!

One of the kiosks was tripping, lol. Kept getting stuck. The amount of meat on all items was very disappointing. Otherwise, no problems as usual. This is the best location in the area. We avoid the Taco Bell on Elysian Fields, right by our work, because this location is arguably better.

Drive thru is hard to reach in a larger vehicle. Reason for all ratings are 3 stars. Inside isn’t open after a certain time. Had to go to Wendy’s next door. Hah. However:YO QUIERO TACO BELL!Parking: Large vehicles and vehicles with trailers may not be able to fit in drive thru.
Them fellas on night shift got that thing on lock. Appreciate you for feeding a hungry truck driver. They were very nice and they were quick on the food and it was hot and fresh.

Was told to pull around the front they brought my food to me while 3 others stood in the lobby. When I got home my food was wrong.
Gave us the wrong food and ignored the modifications we asked for. My sibling couldn't even eat their food because of it.Dietary restrictions: Failed to adhere to the modifications we made on the app, meaning my sibling with allergies couldn't eat the food we ordered for them.
So today is Thursday 12/15/23 web site say it's open I'm standing outside the door at 1014am it doors are lock on the door it say open daily at 20a. Til 8pm I see people inside but they didn't unlock doors this crazy to me poorman services

It is shameful how the restaurant treats its customers. I had been driving for a long time and I was going to the hospital to visit someone there and they wanted taco bell. I drove out of my way to get to this place and needed to use the bathroom. They had a customers only sign on there and wouldn't open it unless I bought something first. It was kind of an emergency so I just ordered quickly. When I got my food it tasted much differently than other taco bells and the nacho fries were stale. If you could drive another hour to get to another taco bell, I'd advise that.
