I thought by this being a New Taco Bell, just maybe I would get good Service, No that's not the case The Management is Horrible, I watched a Lady in the Vehicle in front of me get into an argument with the Store manager, on the intercom, Because the store was closed Early and was not accepting any orders, When the customer asked why they weren't accepting her online order after it went through online, the customer asked for a manager the employee stated they were the manager and Told the Customer, That they should've cooked at home for all that what a thing to say to a hungry Person Looking for food at Night, That person Could have worked all Day and didn't have time to cook This Management should have better etiquette and Customer Sevice Skillset,

I thought since they separated from KFC, they would serve everything on the menu. I was so wrong. One time, I wanted a steak quesadilla, but they didn't have that, so I changed it to a simply taco. They didn't have beef either.. Ok? Then why are you open? Today, I went and they said they were only serving soft tacos and burritos. Huhhh??? Out of EVERYTHING on the menu, you're only serving those two items? Also someone of the workers lovesss to catch attitudes. You're working in customer service. Unless the attitude is REALLY called for, I don't see the need for the attitude. This Taco Bell needs a better management.

We mostly got what we ordered, but were charged for something more expensive. Some ingredients were missing and others were so sparse that it was basically missing, creating a blander experience. Despite the issues, at least the food was hot and not horrible. Be watchful of what you are being charged for.

I'd give them a half star if anything. I get to the window to pay and get my food, one worker was standing next to the window dancing instead of preparing my order. My chalupas were almost rock hard, wasn't given any napkins or sauce that I had asked for. The overall interaction made it look like these kids at the window did not want to even be there. only good part was that my food was ready pretty quick even though it ended up in the trash can!

This is my second visit to this KFC while traveling. This KFC is very different. I've order the chicken tenders from other KFC restaurants and the chicken tenders here are different (perhaps less breading or no breading than other KFCs). Additionally, they were providing constructive feedback to fellow employees in front of everyone. There is nothing wrong with providing the feedback to each other, but perhaps it should not be down out in the open.
Glad they were open. I went in looking for a taco salad and had a power bowl. It was my first time trying one, it was good. I could have used less beans and rice.

I got some Taco Bell at this location and The food was horrible with an after taste. I called them twice with no answer. I just left from up there and no one wants to answer. I HATE THIS TACO BELL /KFC. It’s trash, the customer service is also trash. I hope they close it down completely

Ok I'm a big taco bell fan and Im so happy that they and KFC decided to unmerge in one tiny lil place.First of all taco Bell's menu is too large to have another restaurants menu merged into there own.I know those workers were relieved to get the opportunity to work for one place since there only receiving one check,that was so unfair.Because had it been me I woulda chooses who I was working today and only work for one since im only getting one check,if u want me to work taco bell and KFC then let me see two checks from two jobs because that's what it is. You talking over worked,so I'm happy for the employees of all voting to unemerge the two popular food chains and giving them the opportunity to decide which company they wanna work or if they wanna work for both and finally be treated fairly with two checks.
