Came here for gluten free cupcakes. They came in a prepackaged four pack. It was the last day of our trip but we felt like it was still worth it to buy them. My husband bought a regular strawberry cupcake to try. He loved it. The gluten free red velvet was to die for. I have a feeling I’ll be craving them regularly!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

The cupcakes were delicious. However when you go in store they just have the display of cupcakes. I do believe you should put a warning next to the ones that have any sort of pepper or is spicy. I had the hot cocoa one. No warnings , though it would be a sweet cupcake. It had Cheyenne pepper in it and you could TASTE IT. No warnings at all. Either put a warning or let the customer know that specific cupcake is spicy because I would not have gotten it. Other them that, the cupcakes are good.

I ordered a Spiderman (Spiderverse) character themed cake and cupcakes. The cake/cupcakes were a hit! My daughter loved the design. They were moist and delicious ? I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Tried to order a cake… received an email telling me to respond back within a certain time. I responded back right away. They ghosted me. Am I surprised by the unprofessionalism… not really… disappointed sure… I wouldn’t recommend an important/special event with these people. I could tell by the amateur website that it wouldn’t be a positive experience.

The sweet potato cupcakes are heaven sent! I've tried a couple of other flavors, but nothing compares. They are completely delicious-- sweet, savory, and leave you wanting more with each bite. I wholeheartedly recommend the sweet potato cupcake if you don't get anything else.

Although we didn't eat here, we did visit and I think a review is deserving because businesses thrive on reviews and people like me do read them! We are gluten free, so we wanted to look into their options. They offer a 4 pack (and I think a 6 pack) of either wedding cake or assortment including wedding cake, red velvet, sweet potato and chocolate I believe. Gluten free usually comes cold/frozen so keep that in mind. My review is for the two young ladies working there on a Friday, who greeted us as soon as we walked in, they were so respectful and polite. They answered all our questions and thanked us for coming in. Really appreciated the customer service!
I recently ordered graduation and birthday cupcakes via online - store pickup through their website and also on Uber Eats. My Uber Eats order was sealed with a safety sticker to prevent tampering which I absolutely appreciated. I also appreciate the associate for honoring my birthday reward for this particular order. And most importantly the cupcakes were fresh and delicious! Red Velvet, Strawberry cheesecake and Lemon Berry are my absolute favorites.

Super friendly staff and owner Ms. Francois was in the house when I visited! Salt of the earth, inspirational owner and she asked about my visit to NO. Derrick and Angeline at the counter made great cupcake and local restaurant recommendations!!! Bright and clean interior, cupcakes and flavors well displayed. Delicious flavor! Can't wait to visit Nashville store!

This was pretty much the only dessert I had in NOLA. I've never seen a sweet potato cupcake before and I had to have it. I stopped in to get one to go. The girl who served me, handed me the cupcake on a napkin. When I asked her to pack it up, she looked at me like I was nuts. Told me they only had 4 or 6 pack boxes. Girl, surely you would have a paperbag or something. Her coworkers had to tell her smh. She made a comment that I was only buying one like it was unheard of lol. Anywho, the cupcake was good. Moist and great frosting. Wasn't insanely sweet. 4 stars for the cupcake. 0 for the girl.

After reviewing the social media post I decided to take a chance and allow Cup Cake Collection-- New Orleans to make my daughter's birthday cake. They did an amazing job with the decorations but most importantly the cake was DELICIOUS.We have had several "cute " cakes in the past but this is the one of the best tasting cakes we have had in a long time.Thank you for taking my ideas and creating something that not only looks AMAZING but tastes just as AMAZING ???My new favorite Bakery ?? ?
