Terrible customer service. All about stealing your money. I paid for a booked reservation ($20} yet realized within minutes that it was the wrong day. The reservation started I could cancel within 24 hours by writing them. I did and asked to book for a week later. They never responded. I called and it said to text, so I texted. No response. I booked a new reservation since I did not hear back despite multiple messages and calls. During my visit, I asked to speak with someone, they refused to assist directly, but took my information down for a manager to call. Still, no response. I sent more messages and even let them know that I'd be writing this review and still, they just don't care. So, now I spent $40 for a reservation (which wasn't needed as there was plenty of room). Sadly, the food was good and we loved the show. If only they weren't taking advantage of people by charging for reservations and refusal to help their customers, this would have been a better experience. It has been 3 weeks since we attended.

You cant leave New Orleans without experiencing Frenchmen street. And it was unforgettable. I can’t remember the bands name that played Friday late in the day but it was great. Really laid back vibe. Had an Old Fashion and a Sazerac. And just hung out for a bit to listen and chill out after a long day of walking. And don’t forget to tip the band!

Had an amazing time! Felt so good

Band fantastic, good beer at reasonable price. Only 3* review because of creepy guy in restroom trying to extort money for washing my hands. Yuck!!!

Good food, but we ordered two different appetizers, they brought us two of the same thing. Tip was automatically added to the the bill and they also added a tip when we bought a t-shirt. The music was awesome.

We arrived well in time because we really wanted to see the band "Tuba Skinny" and were therefore way too early, hence no waiting time.friendly staff, beautiful, cozy, practical decor and nice humor / details. Also delicious dishes on the menu, we had the yambalaya fritters.relaxed atmosphere, for everyone.

Great music, nice atmosphere, but if you want to eat, drink and see the band, you have to pay to reserve a table through their website (which I did). We arrived on time, and unfortunately all of the reserved tables were full. So even though we'd reserved, we ended up sitting around outside for quite a while waiting for someone to leave. Otherwise, food was fine, band was great.

Came here after walking the French quarter for an hour. Drinks were plentiful and the live music was the business. As expected the vibes are great, view of the stage is great anywhere you sit and the back area for more 'quiet' visit in the back. 5 stars would party here again.
J'y retournerais.

Live music is pleasant. Bathroom attendant is creepy and unwelcoming. Don’t need more dollars squeezed out of me nor someone listening as I use the rest room. Adding a tip onto a drink before I’ve even tried it is unappreciated and it wasn’t deserving of the added tip.No cover is appealing.

Good music. Rude woman maître d on Thursday nights though.

We were told that we had to listen to live bands in New Orleans and this place had great talent on Sunday night. There was no cover charge but they do encourage tipping the band. The MC was very interactive and kept the crowd engaged. They did plenty of line dancing.
