I earlier, good experience. Our waitress Leslie was very good. Took good care of us. She made the experience wonderful. Food was good. Everything was so tasty and delicious. I ordered the ribeye which normally favorable cut if meat but wasn't any flavor. Once I out A-1 which I usually don't need in a great steak, it was wonderful. The sides were prepared just right? Well seasoned, and tasty. Cost was a great bargain. But for the food, you couldn't beat the cost.

Was super excited to eat here but was disappointed. Service was mediocre, food was bland. Sad for a New Orleans' restaurant. The only thing worth mentioning was the asparagus, which we didn't even order, but it showed up instead of our our twice baked potato. Which we eventually did get. Didn't see our server much, glasses were empty a lot without refills. Definitely not recommend

Great atmostphere. Ruby our waitress was amazing and attentive. Food was delicious, good portions, and tasty. The carrot cake dessert is the best I have ever had. Highly recommend, for large parties, romantic dinners or just girls night eats. 10 out of 5. Also, a big thank you the chef and all wait staff, they all made the 8 of us ladies have an amazing dinner. Thank you Mike!!!!

Hate to say it...food was cold. How does that happen? There is no excuse for a party of 4 and everyone's main entree wasn't even luke warm. Restaurant 101–Hot food! Hate to say it again. The evening was so uninspiring that there won't even be a second chance.

I ordered a fillet. It was very overcooked. Also, my wife ordered crabcake which was overcooked as well. The manager offered to re-cook the food but after waiting 45 minutes we chose not to.

We had a wonderful dinner. The brussel sprouts were delicious and the steaks were perfect. The only thing better than the food was the service. Our server, Ruby, was friendly, attentive, and just so nice!

The absolute slowest rare steak I ever had. Im not sure if the steak was aged but we sure were by the end.

Service, appetizer and sides were fine. Sirloin strip was filled with gristle—difficult to cut yet alone eat. Our fault for not sending back. Filet was tasty but slightly overcooked for medium rare. It is The Steakhouse after all—steaks should be outstanding! Also disappointing was the Manhattan with a grocery store maraschino cherry rather than the Luxardo cherry advertised in the menu. This restaurant used to be so good in all aspects. Sorry to see its decline.

Nice date night ambiance - very dimly lit. No bread (at least not complimentary) - had to order it as a starter. We split a Caesar salad instead and it was plenty to share. The menu does not have a lot of choices outside of steak. Normally I would get a steak but was feeling the 1/2 chicken and it was good and came with whipped potatoes. Husband got the salmon and it was good as well. However we ordered the crab risotto and it was so salty we didn't enjoy it. A waste of $18 Service was good, but we ate really early (5:15) and were one of the first guests in. Still took almost 45 minutes for the food and we ordered pretty soon after seating. We thought it was a little too pricey for what we got, but food was decent.

Server was polite and knowledgeable. Ordered steak, potato and crab cake. Crab cake tasted more like burnt tuna, the steak was cooked correctly but was cold. The bernaise sauce was spicy not buttery. The baked potato was not fresh AND it was cold too.

We had dinner and drinks on Wednesday and the bartender was rude and very ignorant. Bar was t even busy and we had to wait 20 min for her to get drinks. Then we ordered fried oysters and they were cold and dry they weren’t fresh at all. Food was cold or over cooked . Never again . It’s a shame because atmosphere is so

We ordered the 16 oz ribeye and it was tasteless and hard to cut (ordered medium cooked). The twice baked potato was decent but they put whole bacon slice that was hard to eat. The crab cake was not worth 22$ for just one piece. It was mushy and not a crispy bite as advertised. Service was poor. Our waitress disappeared through our meal. I did love the art work there w the dog in each one. Not worth trying or eating there unless its free.

Went for Valentine's Day. Ordered a medium well steak, came out raw (even waitress admitted it was raw). Sent it back, came back to the table charred, and still raw. Their fix was to only charge 1/2 price for the steak. (WOW!) Also, 90% of the time, we could not find the waitress. This is the second bad experience we've had in a row....wont be going back.

This was my first Valentine's Day dinner and I was looking so forward to I. I always enjoy dinner at the Steakhouse I generally don't complain but unfortunately there's always going to have different choices. The ambience was poor and the steaks were very disappointing I hope I can talk them into going again to attract them to try the food. Again. Like I said? I don't generally complain, but it was a costly dinner Thank you Pamela Burdett
