Best dang salad... yes, salad, I've ever had at a pizza place. Pizza is good. Apps are good. Good wine selection.

Just read they closed the business permanently! The spaghetti and pizza was fantastic! I hope they resurface somewhere else in New Orleans!

Tommy Gs Wings maybeee the best wings I've ever had! We almost ordered more! I don't normally eat onions but these were marinated with the wings soo well we were scraping the plate. The pizza was amazing with all fresh ingredients. Highly recommend!

Tommy G's is centrally located near several hotels and across from the Ernest Morial convention Center. They have a decent selection on their menu. Their prices are on the higher end of the average scale. The business was a bit warm inside so when packed it may be a little uncomfortable. The food was really good and I ate every bite. If you get a small pizza it will be enough for left over unless you have a big appetite. The staff is nice and service was good.

Lousy picture but man this pizza was fantastic. Simple, just a cheese pie but at times that's the best measure of a place; how well they do basic. The crust was thin but not soggy and had that great grilled flavor. The service handled a huge group of walk-ins from the conference across the street at the convention center well. No panic or craziness they just worked through the orders. Others I was with had other pizzas, salads, and wings which all looked good. If you're at the Ernest Morial Convention Center and need a quick meal this is the place.

I pass by here many times but never stopped to try them out. Went to a convention with a friend and we decided to have lunch there since its close to the convention center. It was Lent so I couldn't have any meat so I went for the truffle pizza with shrimp added to it. It came out perfect and delicious. Our waitress checked on us many times throughout our meal and I really appreciate that. There is plenty of seating and a big screen tv around the bar to catch a game.

Decided to stop here for lunch and it as a nice quick grab. The young lady that waited on us was really nice and sweet. She was on top of everything and made sure we got to hat we needed and she checked on us regularly. As it comes to the food:- Calabrese Pizza: my friend loved hers- Truffle Pizza: delicious!!!! I wish I had some more pizza sauce on top of it, but it as really good! It came with spinach, Mushrooms and goat cheese. Plus the crust was thin, so it was easy to eat the whole pizza - Caesar Salad: delicious!!! I could've eaten the entire salad alone, but we split it because we were told it was a large portion. - Tommy G Wings: the wings were good, I wish they were a little crispier, but overall, they were good! I would definitely try for the pizza again, I would just try a different style next time just to try.

We went to this place and we were handed menus and told to seat ourselves and come back to the front to order when we were ready. When our buzzer indicated that the food was ready it was in styrofoam containers with plastic utensils. When we paid we were required to give a 15% gratuity even though we served ourselves. One of the meals ordered was lasagne and it was a little portion although what was there tasted good. I’ve never paid a gratuity for serving myself and I certainly won’t be back.

First time here, and I was really impressed with the supreme pizza and buffalo chicken wings. This restaurant is located right across the street from the convention center. The lines are super long and the service is slow.Food:The supreme pizza was a thin crust. They also have a deep dish and gluten-free option. The thin crust was crispy, loaded with cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, and other toppings. 8/10The wings were buffalo style. They have a couple other options as well. These ones were Miy Caliente, which I happen to like. If you don't like too much spice with your wings, they have a naked option as well with the sauce on the side. 8/10Service:The service was fine, but didn't overwhelm me. The servers seemed rushed and the food took 35 minutes to be delivered once ordered. Once the food was delivered, nobody came up and asked how the food was, which is better a disappointment. 7/10I'll be looking elsewhere for pizza when I'm back in New Orleans.

Not worth the price. They forced us to get small pizzas and at $18 a pizza you might as well head to Walmart, you'll get a better tasting deal in the frozen section. 3 people eating here was almost $80. They added a 15% gratuity to our tab, despite it being prepped as a carry out order. The food wasn't awful, it just wasn't $18 a person worth of pizza. They also started running everyone out at 10:15 because they ran out of pizza to serve. Its fine if you can't take more orders, but why run out the remaining patrons? Disappointed with this whole experience.

$77 dollars for 3 small.pizzas barely better than a frozen pizza and 3 drinks. They tipped themselves 15% too. We had to order at the bar and pick up our own pizzas. So, why get a tip? Also, dining area had gnats flying around. Only go if starving and you have money to waste.

I haven't been to Tommy G's before and it was dang good. I'm a s***** for pizza so you know I had to try. But also they had calamari! This place is a little hidden behind some buildings but they have so much space and many TVs for you to watch all the sports you could ever want. The arancini was amazing!! I love these things. The pasta was delicious and had a kick to it. I think it was a Cajun Alfredo. We ordered two pizzas and I got the Parmesan chicken pizza and the white pizza. Both really good and on a thinner crust which I like.

When staying near the cruise port or convention center this is a great stop for food and drinks. We walked from our hotel and enjoyed a nice evening. The staff was friendly, drinks string, food excellent, and great atmosphere. Offers table service as well as a bar with many tv’s for sporting events.

We dined here last night for a party of four. Was seated immediately. But it takes 10mins for our waiter to get our drinks and it went downhill from here. People that we’re seated after us got their drinks and food before us. The food is really good especially the Pizza. The restaurant is half full on a Saturday night. We we’re Disappointed of the service we received although they gave us dessert on the house for the inconvenience. All in all, the ambiance is nice, they have big screens TV, a person playing piano.

Some great coal fired pizza! We love stopping by and taking friends from out of town. This is conveniently located across from the convention center and is easy walking distance to nearby eateries and attractions such as the WWII Museum. The taste is consistent, but the quality is not. We once had undercooked pizza which had an unsatisfying floppy dough. Of the many times eating here, only one bad pizza is not so bad. The crispness of a coal fired pizza is what we love about Tommy G's. This is an expectation you can have. Hope you check this place out on a good day.
