Quaint little cafe across the river in Algiers point. Quick walk from the ferry. Tried the Atchafalaya. Very good. Quick service.

The food was good and nicely presented. It is cute and quaint. Orders are olaced at the counter, you seat yourself and they find you. I did find it odd I had to ask for syrup. Once I did, a condiment organizer was brought to my table complete with salt and pepper. The dogs with the man sitting at the next table were brought water and then some treats, without saying a word. The patrins were pleasant and conversational, the staff at the cafe were "matter of fact".

Great local breakfast nook.Powdered sugar covered pancakes was delicious even without syrup.Oatmeal with fresh fruit was okay. Too watery but good intentions.Hot Chai latte tea needs a bit improvement as more froth very little chai taste.Crawfish Atchafalaya is good.

Great local breakfast spot. Even when there’s a line, service is fast. Very affordable and high quality food. They normally have a gluten free muffin or pastry option as well.

The food is great! I always get the Atchafalaya. It’s a crawfish étouffée over grits and eggs. Also tried the banana pancakes delicious. on Sundays is usually very crowded so they may be awake but you can always do a phone order and take it to go.

I live in the point and walk here for breakfast once a week. Everything is delicious and the service is very good and everyone is so friendly. It's also very historic and homey in a very New Orleans way.
