Everything about this place makes it look like it's on par with the Japanese counter parts. From what I had, Lychee Tini, great. App: squid Creole fusion, fantastic. Then we get to the main reason I came here. Dirty Ramen,........ok at best. More like hamburger helper with good noodles. The onion and meat over power everything else in it and I couldn't move past it. I was left with a pile of meat after finishing off the noodles. Boy do I miss the Hiroshima spot. If you've been to Japan and have had the ramen, this ain't it. If you haven't, this is pretty decent.

My favorite ramen in the city. I can really only speak to the original Tori ramen though (since I get it practically on a bi-weekly basis), and the broth is perfectly creamy fatty & rich. The seasoned egg is jammy and savory, the pork is cooked excellently. Exactly how you want your ramen to be! I’ve been with friends who have gotten other things as well on the menu and I’ve never heard a single complaint. Everything is good a flavorful. Also the portions are pretty big!The staff is friendly, the vibes are super cool and chill. All of the facilities are clean and well kept. The best part of Union Ramen is that every season they change up their menu offerings, so I can spice up my order with a new appetizer or cocktail.

It is Just heated up packets from Costco... Did I eat it it? Yes. But I was disappointed in the cost of "instant" packets... I do that at home when needed.

I loved my experience here, the bartender was so nice and friendly. He answered all of my questions and helped me pick my food and drink. I love the music they played when I visited, the playlist made me stay longer. The ramen was great aside from the pork being over grilled. I didn't care for the hard boiled egg in the ramen, which was my own fault, I should have kept the soft boiled that it comes with. The Green Tea High Ball was absolutely amazing. I'd had a green tea shot before and enjoyed, so I was excited to try this. Overall, I recommend coming for a meal and drink. I dined solo and did some work at the bar, so it's definitely solo date friendly.

Hands down some of the best ramen I've ever had. The service is quick and attentive. The only downside is that the music is played so loudly I felt like I was shouting at my partner when conversing. Finding parking can be a hassle but we got lucky going before 5pm on a Sunday. Overall food is 10/10, ambiance I'd give a 7/10 because of the loud music and the wooden stools not feeling cozy, service 10/10.
