Apparently when you tell them "baconator, cheese and bacon only" the count it as plain and then give you a cheese burger.....not a baconator...a cheese burger.And somehow, there is always something missing from the order. A side of fries, a burger, a frosty, a drink. Never consistent, but consistently bad.

So I really wanted some wendy's today. Went to one location they had no fried items. I leave and go across town to this location. I go inside the restaurant and literally (no exaggeration)wait 10 mins. I'm standing at the counter and NO ONE says anything at all. Literally nothing. I then ask the person standing by the fries is the inside open??? Several people looked at me and said nothing. Including the man and the women that have on what I consider a Manger shirt. Then another guy walks in and stand in line as well. Then a guy ( Manger guy) yells Tyrone you have guest in the front. Then a guy appears from around the corner looking like who did it and what for. Needless to say I left the building. I was beyond flustered with this situation.

I went to this Wendy’s last night at around 10:30 The guy at the window was extremely rude. I was missing fries and when I got home, the food was ice cold and I don’t live too far. And if he was your manager, that was running the store he is extremely rude and unprofessional.
Showed up at 12:35 (after driving to another wendys that was supposedly open until 1 and no one was there… on Jefferson highway). There were 3 employees who saw us at the window and ignored us. Eventually an older man (I’m assuming the manager) came up and said they were closed even though it was not yet 1 and we had been waiting at the window patiently since 12:35. I asked what time he usually closes since it’s listed both online and at the window closed at 1. He said they close 20 min before 1. So don’t expect to be served if you show up 25 min before closing. The hours are wrong. The employees may be there but they will ignore you until 1:00.

WOW! What a difference from Gretna. Friendly staff. Fast service. Hot hamburger. And hot fries. When I mentioned how great they were and how bad it is at Gretna location, they said they hear that all the time. Never going back to Gretna Wendy'

This location has the $5 and $6 biggie bag on their menu, but it isn’t offered? Why even put that on your menu? False advertisement is so wrong!! Take it off the menu if it isn’t offered, plain and simple.

No star review. The cashier was rude and argued with me because the total was $17.55 I gave $22.55 to get a $5 back instead of a bunch of change. She started yelling at me that " I don't make no damn sense" and shut the window in my face I had to wait for someone else to serve me. The food was as bad as the service the sandwich was supposed to have cheese and bacon and it was plain. And the pub fries were undercooked and had so much grease I couldn't eat it. Don't waste your time guys. Also she said it was .99 for a cookie and so I got 2 and she charged me $1.69 for one cookie. Didn't even give me the second.
Just close this place. Some of the worse service.
