Based on others reviews, service is uneven. We stopped during the week, early evening on a non-festival day. Service was very good. Best chicken for the price in town! Biscuit was also excellent.

The food is good & the customer service is very questionable. Please review the prices on your receipt.

Check your food before you Uber/Lyft away! There was a long hair in my food under the chicken mixed with the fried!

Ordered the fish and shrimp platter and it came out in a box. The gut Buster in the box had the taste of day old grease and fries that appeared to have been soaked in water after being taken out of the day old grease. When the lady brought the bag to the table, I asked Ma'am is this the platter and she then replied load and proud Yeeeepppppp! Mind you, we paid aprox $70.00 for this heartburn and two drinks that tasted like over rated and highly sweetened suga water with a Lil color. Eat at your own risk and if you choose to do so make sure you have the anti acid pills close by along with some baby wipes to donate your platter to a better cause.

Ordered 3 piece catfish with fries and 2 BlueMoons. Wifey had to use the bathroom and they would not give her the code for the bathroom until I paid the bill. We got one tartar sauce for three pieces of catfish and they wanted to charge us $1.25 per packet. They were exceptionally rude and condescending and I would recommend you never come here. The customer service sucks big-time..

Our order came out quickly. It was piping hot and well seasoned. We’ll be back!

Basic fried chicken spot. Very very crispy . It's a chain the staff was not great. The location we went to was a bit messy. Overall enjoyed the chicken .

They were closing soon. No hours were posted but I saw them cleaning. I went to get extra napkins so we could leave, and they could close up. The girl said this side is closed, I just mopped. I said I’m just getting napkins so you can close up. She didn’t even mop where I was yet. We left to wait for our Uber, she continued to talk about us while standing outside of the door. We were trying to be considerate. Just ignorant.

Ready to get my drink on I stopped at Willie's to get a daiquiri but instead discovered the crispiest chicken ever!!! I mean ever... I didnt know that chicken could get crisper then Church's chicken but NO it's Willie's. And the meal came with a biscuit and that right there is the BEST BISCUIT IVE EVER HAD. The best biscuit you've had doesn't compare to this place. I went back and got more and I'm eating them all myself. If I could give it 6 I would. ONLY IN NEW ORLEANS btw

I would never pay $12 for two pieces of chicken even if it did come with a biscuit. Totally ridiculous!

After a lot of walking in the area, this chicken place is always a great place for good well seasoned chicken and a biscuit. The chicken is hot, a little greasy but good. The fries are delicious and crisp. I would not recommend the fish. It tasted really fish and wasn't good.

I really wanted to go to Willie Mae's Scotch House for my first trip to New Orleans, but unfortunately it's closed. Came to the Chicken Shack instead. While the chicken was juicy, everything was pretty disappointing from the sauces to the biscuit. And while I expect things to be expensive in the French Quarter the price was a bit much.
