Eleshia is a horrible “server”. Whoever worked front counter and answered phones on feb 25 was smart by the mouth when asking simple questions. When trying to cancel she said she couldn’t do it in the store and we didn’t see an option online so being forced to purchase the food we waited in front the store. Spent a literal hour out there then she calls thirty minutes into the hour and say oh we weren’t gonna make it cause we thought you canceled after my ole man had just walked out of there. We were told 12 minutes that whole hour? food was okay wings are small

Customer service is terrible. All the women work here have attitudes. My wife ordered online. We arrived at the quoted time for our food to be ready 33 minutes later. No apology no nothing. Why put a time if they won’t be accurate. Wings were ok. Over priced for sure!

They don’t accommodate special orders. I ask to have some seasoning on the side because I was not sure if it was to spicy for him or not and she said they can’t do that, I even ask if I could pay for the seasoning on the said she said there is no button for it. I will not be back. Food was fresh

Wish I could give ZERO stars. They are completely unprofessional. I ordered online, went to pick up the food and they were closed during business hours. I called to get my $100 refund because they charged my card and confirmed the order and was told that the store wasn’t closed, they just wasn’t taking orders. Lol which is a lie because I was physically there and the place was CLOSED. They refused to give me my refund and told me that I would have to go through a third party company in order to get my money because I ordered online. The worker was completely unbothered and did not care that I was inconvenienced. The owner also rudely TEXTED my personal phone about the matter. I will never support this business again.
