“I usually love this place. Their coffees are amazing. But this morning, I was a little disappointed. I pulled up, and I asked for the same thing I get every time I go. I asked for a sugar free vanilla/caramel frappe with an extra shot of expresso. They wrote it down and everything. Then they brought me out a latte. I told them that was wrong and explained what I ordered. So they took it back in, and made another. Except this time, the “frappe” was more like a coffee with ice chips in in. And it tasted horrible. I finally got aggravated and just left. I have never had this problem here before. I usually love my frappes from here. I’m not sure what the problem was today. But I have been looking forward to my usual order and my experience was not a good one for the day. Hopefully next time will be better and I’ll get what I ordered correctly.”

“The young gentleman I believe his name was hunter was so attentive and polite. He wasn’t just rushing around checking tables he legitimately went to each table and took the time to make eye contact and not rush answers. Even held a conversation about baseball with my 6 year old who we had just left his game. The main cashier with the long blonde hair is always polite and if she doesn’t know something she isn’t dismissive like other places do she takes the time to take care of each and every customer. Every time I have came either eating in or to go she has been so nice and professional! And even when the door area packed she doesn’t ask you to sit and forget about you! She checks on you and keeps communicating so you don’t feel like your waiting and being forgotten about. Even if the food tasted bad(which it hasn’t yet) the staff alone makes it worth it!”

“How did I go so long without visiting this place?!?!?! I have always been told, "Bibbee, ya GOTTA go to Burger Barn!" Oh, have I messed up by going to lesser burger places these past few years!!Do not make the mistake I did, stop at the joint!!! There are more burgers than what are just on the menu as well, just ask for the list. They are all around $7 each, and man, they are soooooo good!I have been twice so far. Queso Burger, Brisket Grilled Cheese, Firecracker Burger, Boudin Cheeseburger, Mac n Cheese Burger, ALL 10/10 BURGERS/SANDWICHES!!!Now I sound like my friends, telling other people they have to stop here!The staff, the environment, aaaand of course the burgers, all perfect!!Burger Barn, yall keep doing yall amazing thing!!”
