I went over there to see if they was hiring on February 8.They had hiring signs up.I did an application I kept calling asking for a manager she was never in.Then when I recently called finally got to speak with a manager.She said they wasn’t hiring anymore.Thats unprofessional.I really needed a JOB.

Cashier and mgr were playing on the phone on the front counter. Orders were given out wrong not enough employees. Drink machine was loaded down with ice and the floor around it no wet floor sign.

Sad to see all these negative reviews. But coming here on 11/5 at lunchtime was BK at its best! The cashier was fun and friendly and the staff were very diligent in making sure my food was fresh and on time!Thank you Lakieya and the rest of the staff for the great service!

If I could, I would give minus 5 stars!! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!! Can't seem to wait for customer to actually tell her what our order it. You can hear her on the speaker sighing with impatience! Then had to repeat what we wanted and she kept trying to change it! Then got snotty with us! Not the first time this has happened, I drove off without finishing my order n this time my husband did! Think this was the day manager too! WOW BK, you really need some different people that actually want to have a job n know how to do it correctly n how to treat paying customers!! Never again! Looks like we aren't the only ones, either!

Of the 5 mobiles orders I've gotten from this place, I've ever only gotten one made right the first time. It's not hard to make a plain whopper. Just put the patty between two slices of bread and wrap it up. I can't understand that. It doesn't require a high school diploma to do it. Then again, maybe it should. I've deleted the app. I'm no longer eating here. I'll wait for Chick-Fil-A to be built. They've never messed up an order of mine at any location since I've started eating there in 2010.

Wow!!!Where to start in visiting family and stopped here at night. Pull in and a worker cars are dodging an employee clearly buying weed in the parking lot. I'm from the hood the same truck circled ya boy as he walked in the car to get the money. Cool not my business. Well we sit at the intercom for 10 minutes until someone finally figures out there is car in the drive thru. We go to order and are rudely told they can only do one order per car. Not an actual problem, but wait....we order and proceed to go to the window where they get this ask us "to spin the block". Ok so you want us to go through the drive thru again?No worries I actually learned from a previous B.K. that they do this to inflate drive thru numbers, that B.K. was on point. Anyways we do and as we're in the drive thru AGAIN. We clearly hear them asking if the cars order in front of us together. Because obviously there is a line now. Get to the window and now at least 5 workers have realized they have a job, but now we're getting waived down so their camera can register a car in the drive thru the madness still continues. Get to the window and of course the weed has set in and they have no idea what we ordered. At least we got to spend a 30 minute Burger King tour together and enjoy our $40 uncooked burgers and iceless strawless drinks. Yay Opelousas.

Don't go here. They selling weed & employees being illicit and doing explicit things in parking lot!!!!! Unsafe and the food nasty anyway. Burger King after dark. Can't make this stuff up at all .

Never again. Staff was unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. There were fries smashed into the floors and benches, and napkins strewn everywhere. As well, the drink machine was out of order. When we alerted the cashier to this, we realized she knew and had let us pay for drinks anyway: knowing that most of the selections were rancid (that's not an exaggeration, by the way). She then proceeded to catch an attitude when one of our party asked what we should do in order to get our drinks. This same woman, ironically wearing a "team lead" shirt, proceeded to verbally slander that party member to another of our party members. Never again.

I do not know where to begin. Pulled up an ordered a coupon item. Yes i payed for it. I'm sure this was all on camera. I pulled forward an was told to pull ALL-THE-WAY-AROUND which was unnecessary when they have a walk out door near the part i was exiting. The manager hangs out the window an yell at me to pull around an i tell her no yall can bring it to me right here again im literally by the door. So then she catches an attitude an rather than me escalate the situation I decided to tell her just give me my money back then. So she tells me angrily to pull around an thats just what i did. When i pulled around she was bringing me my food an i told her no thank you im not eating from a place where they hire people with very bad attitudes an plus she was aggressive. So i held out my card for her to put my money back on the card an she told me "BYE!" An held her hand at me an proceeded to walk away. Smh. So here im thinking like bruh does burger king hire anyone? lol. So then i held my ground until she came back then she puts my money back on my card in which case i gues she had to go calm down. Idk. So she gave me my card back an as im pulling off she hanged out the second drive thru window an yelled aggressively "YOU UGLYYY ASS HOEE!!!". I was hurt,humiliated,embarrassed, and also ashamed that these are the people yall hired. The camera caught it all an i hope yall do the right thing an fire that person. I went spent my money at taco bell cause I've never had that problem anywhere else plus the people at taco bell were polite, nice, an professional. Not to mention im permanently disabled also!! This happened today around 1pm-2:30pm. Hopefully i get into contact with jason the district manager cause ill never buy food from these people again. Im in a gold 2001 chevy s10 thats all beat up plus im wearing sunglasses so im easily noticeable in the camera. An to add when i asked for her name she responded "ya momma". Keep in mind my moms also a very sick woman.
