This is the best place to stop for authentic cajun take-aways. Their boudin is as legit as the FDA allows, with minimal filler. Their hog head cheese is delicious. And the customer service is excellent, going so far as to give heating instructions without even being asked!

Walked in at a little before noon and they had no food. Hard to rate a place that looks like a hole in the wall kind of place and when you walk in they're like "we'll have some boudin ready in about an hour and crawfish later" â€â™‚ï¸
