I love most of the food it’s pretty good for a good price and very convenient when I can’t leave my job to get lunch. They are also the only food place that consistently and in a timely manner get my order right every time! It’s hard to find a place where their workers actually read their tickets in Opelousas!!

Manager is extremely rude and not helpful. Drove 30 minutes to get food and they would not honor my purchase I already paid for in the app. Instead of trying to help they were extremely disrespectful. Go anywhere else.

Food fast and fresh but girl at register was rude and the Manger was more rude than she was
I ordered off the app and paid the total and tip with Apple Pay. In the order selection, I selected LEAVE DELIVERY AT FRONT DOOR in all caps. I chose this option for a reason. I knew that I would still be caring for a newborn and unable to answer the door. When they arrived, they knocked on the door three times, with breaks between each group of knocks, and stood at the door for about 6 minutes. With each group of knocks getting louder. My husband, who just fell asleep, heard it from our bedroom and got so angry that he rushed to the door but the guy had already left. They either forgot or ran out of the chips I picked, so I don't know if they needed to tell me that, but they handled it the wrong way. Recommend a customer service course to employees!
