A little gem that imports Mexico straight into opelousas louisiana here at La Hacienda…They’ve consistently served great food in Opelousas for ages now, the staff is the best, have been here for a long time, shout out to you Claudia, Capasa?Tried a lot of things off the menu and over time have locked in on El Tapatio, which is chicken fajita-ish blend with sausage bits and covered in queso. Food is delicious compared to Pedro's. The presentation is nice. The service is somewhat good. The waiter was working by himself. Waiting on, serving food, and checking on all tables by himself. He forgot about us for like 15 minutes after we ask for to go plates and the ticket, but I don't fault him. It's just a lot on one person. The rest of the workers were just sitting down otp.
