They never give me what I ordered. I've been here twice because I've seen people promote things on social media so I want to go try them. I got this burger with like fried jalapeños a while back because the store was promoting it and they gave me a regular a** double cheeseburger and today when I went I asked for the new steak butter cheeseburger but they just gave me a bacon burger. The foods not bad but if u wanted what y'all gave me I would of ordered that and saved money.
My daughter enjoyed her Oreo cheesecake chocolate milkshake and I appreciated the carhop. He had good energy, a nice smile and he didn't take long to come bring us her milkshake. And it was a busy time of the day SO I was surprised we didn't have to wait like we ordered hot food; bc I have stopped at this location before and waited a long time for our order, more than once actually. I ordered my food about 45 minutes to their closing time and I can say I received quality customer service just as good as if it was the start of their shift. The person who took my order at the intercom greeted me and spoke to me professionally and he didn’t try and rush me to place my order.
