The experience wasn't all that bad. My food wasn't labeled at all so I had to unwrap all 3 burritos to see which was which. And in doing that my food got cd quick. The 5$ box is now the 11$ box. And they didnt have soft drinks all they could offer was water. I backed out and left. This Taco Bell used to be good but they are only as good as management. Well something has changed - I will try them again in 3 months, If no better I will find other options- Mcallisters/Jimmy Johns/ Chick Filet etc—— this place definitely going down like the Titanic if things dont change- 11$ for a box meal now!!! ?

Im a local regular customer. Usually get the 5$ Chalupa box. Was there with my daughter last night at drive in window. Ordered the 2 -5$ chalupa boxs - That will be $24 with tax.!!! I repeated i wanted the 5$ boxs, she said we Nolonger offer them!!! Acted like they never had them-? Now they are $11 boxs -And the kicker we have no soft drinks can only offer water!!! For $11 !!!? I backed out went across the street to Jimmy Johns and got a good sandwich drink and chips for much better $. Whats going on Taco Bell- Ya’ll better than this!!!!!
Got a steak and a chicken quesadilla to go. Drove home 30 miles only to find both were burnt badly on one side and had hardly any filling. Worst trip to Taco Bell ever .

I don't know if they are all high at work, but the black and burnt quesadillas I got tonight made no sense. Then, how you going to be out of Nacho Bell Grande? You got hard shell tacos and everything that goes in a grande. Said they were out of nacho bell grande's, out of fries, out of cheese. What do yall have? Make it make sense. Even more, make that black quesadilla make sense. All that food went straight in the trash.

I ordered #4 crunch wrap meal soft shell chicken taco with Large Dr. Pepper, med Pepsi. , Large &Small nacho fries,/ 2 soft shell beef tacos lettus and cheese only ,3 soft shell chicken tacos lettus & cheese only.. And Mild sauce..... I received 5 soft shell beef tacos with everything on all of them! Lettus ,cheese , tomatoes some nasty white looking stuff and Hard shell beef taco. Also did not supply receipt or straws.... 29$ SMH!. Was not impressed.
