Of all the places I have visited as a truck driver, this is the place where I have been received with the most love and kindness. I tried new food and everything is exquisite. The owner showed us the place and the whole place is impeccable, a place to always return August 23, 2023 11:30 AM

What a surprise!! This roadside stop was done on a whim. We had never had Cracklins or boudin. The boudin was ok, but the Cracklins were amazing!! It was a fun stop for local cuisine to take on the road.

Excellent Boudin and Cracklings. Great, friendly people. Awesome boudin balls and egg rolls. The Cajun dip is the best you'll find. Might be a little pricey but worth the $$$$!!!! Bring some crackling to your Cardiologist and make them smile. Enjoy.
