Lady at the window who I believe to be the manager was extremely rude! She asked me to stop talking and cut me off multiple times and even raised her voice at me multiple times. I have never complained about a food experience but this time I feel compelled to warn against the rude service.

The new mac & cheese bits are awsome!! I am a little confused about what time this place closes though. Google sais 10 o'clock, however; we arrived at the drive through at 9:15pm just to be advised by an Arbys employee that instead, they actually close at 9pm instead of the listed 10pm on Google. Because of this, I attempted to update/edit the business hours Arby's has listed on Google, but I was informed that my update was "NOT ACCEPTED" due to "FAILED VERIFICATION" following googles' ATTEMPT to contact Arbys for a list of updated business hours.Please specify whether you close at 9 or 10 PM, and either update Google, or your staff to those hours.Thank you.

Tried the new Philly cheese steak and it was delicious!
I love Arby's, when food is cook fresh and hot! This store did not provide that today! I was very disappointed when I got my food from the drive thru, I asked for fresh curly fries and ended getting old hard curly fries and the beef sandwich I got had melted cheese coming out all over the wrapped and barely in the sandwich! To make this situation worst they want even busy!

Nice Arby's and my Buffalo Chicken sandwich was soooo good!
The curly fries are cooked to perfection! I love the selection now at Arby's; burgers, chicken sandwich, sliced meats, they do it all AND fries and pies and shakes! This is a prime location, and it does get busy at lunchtime. A word of advice; enter through 28 East, go inside, and exit through the side street at the red light. They are fast and efficient and friendly as all get out. Stop on in, and don't forget the Horsey sauce.

The staff barely says anything when you walk into the place and is not very friendly. The food didn't have a good flavor, and the curly fries were cooked in old grease. Every drink in the fountain machine was flat and tasted terrible.
