Just had a sliced brisket sandwich as takeout.. very disappointing-it was tough, meat was sliced the wrong direction and sandwich came covered in bbq sauce. Why offer more sauce when you have already buried it in sauce? I've been here multiple times in the past and this was very disappointing.

Service was bad. I sat and waited on them to take my order for at least 8 min. They pulled me around and then I sat another 25 mins. It was on Friday night and they was busy but still; get your stuff together.
My girlfriend got off of work and went to the restaurant before opening. She waited a few minutes for them to finish what they needed and she was served. She makes it home, mind you we live a good ways from outlaws, and the food is still raw. I ordered 3 ribs.. One of them was completely pink and still bleeding a little bit. The others were half pink and were js not good.

The customer service is always good, whether dining in, drive thru, or pick up. The BBQ is very good. Wonderful burgers.Parking: It's kind of tight parking.
We ate here Sunday night and it was delicious! I got the Outlaw Burger and it was perfect. The flavor and texture of their burgers are top notch! My husband got the 4 rib plate with baked beans and green beans. He loved it. The ribs were tender and very meaty and delicious!
