Normally I enjoy Sonic, but this is kinda sad to say these are cheese tots. Come on guys prepare the food like it is supposed to be and keep customers happy.

So unprofessional. My order is wrong every time and most nights there’s no manager to correct anything. One of the girls working there asked if I was paying cash or card and I gave her cash and she wrote the manager’s CASH APP on the receipt?!

Ordered off the app when to go pick it up when I got there they couldn't find the order did not acknowledge that they found the order 20 minutes later I got the food had two medium tater tots could have made one out of them was supposed to be crispy chicken strip dinners was told no it was just combos when I got home the food was ice cold tater tots we're only half full cold and greasy this was the third time giving them a new chance and they failed when I called to complain about the food was told I'd have to call back and talk to the store manager there's nothing they could do about it would have to call in the morning to talk to the store manager in the won't be returning to this Sonic it's like they make the food before you get there to pick it up and it sits and gets cold and nasty will not recommend this Sonic to anybody if you read this people go to another Sonic please worst food ever incomplete meal March 8th 2024 at 7:00pm also no ketchup no napkins no mints

My carhop/server was the same young lady that took my order. She was very professional and polite. Im always amazed when someone treats me with respect. My ft long coney had the crispy burnt lookin part on the weenie which is just what i like. Chilli cheese tater tots were well cooked not mushy and i also noticed the chilli seemed prepared/maintained in a decent manner. Also the cheddar peppers are a guilty pleasure of mine and i could tell that someone who knows how to fry stuff made it. Imma give my experience tonight a propper nod of approval.

Quick & accurate; service is always friendly!! If you drop in here, tip these people well! They are overworked with the amount of traffic in & out here.Kid-friendliness: The whole menu is kid-friendly. This is a great place for a small birthday party for kids ages 6+.

As I only live 3/4's of a mile from this Sonic's location, it is very convenient to stop and pick up a couple burgers. This was the third time that I have stopped at the same Sonic-In. The first two times I ordered two double burgers (no cheese), two large fries and a large order of Onion Rings. I touched a fry and a ring, and both were very hot. I couldn't readily get to the burgers to check them. It took 4 or 5 minutes to arrive at my home. I took the bag of food into the house and set the contents out on to two plates. While the fries and rings were still hot, both burgers were just warm. After finishing our food my spouse commented on how tasty the fries & rings were, also that the burger would have been tastier if it had been "hot"...I agreed. A few days later ordered the same thing with the same results as above. I advised my spouse that the next visit I would address the temperature issue Sonic. Well two days ago was my third visit to Sonic and when I was ordering I told the young lady of my other two experiences and asked if I could have my burgers made "fresh" and she said, "no problem" but it would take a few extra minutes of which I replied, "okay". Welllllll, she brought the two double burgers (no cheese) and two large orders of Onion Rings (did not order fries this time). Again, made it home in 4 or 5 minutes, took the food out of the bag and onto our plates. This time not only were the burgers just lukewarm, but the Onion-Rings were just warm as well. For $24.15 I don't think getting my food hot is asking too much. I will be thinking long and hard about a 4th visit to Sonic-In, there are too many the establishments to visit.
