The older lady who I assume is the manager was very rude when they didn’t have my pick up order from the app. She said it was an issue with my bank, but I know 100% that it wasn’t. She tried to gaslight me and insinuated that I couldn’t afford it. She said that subway would refund me (they never did after I reached out multiple times). This was a couple of months ago and I only bring it up because my friends have recently had the same rude treatment by the same lady. Please work on your staffing.

Let me begin by saying that when my husband and I want fast food, that is reasonably healthier than the typical burger or chicken our choice is Subway sandwiches. We stopped at our local Subway and he ordered our usual cold cut combo. We were told they had no lettuce so she gave us a couple sprigs of spinach instead. He did not get drinks. Only the chips which had no choice at all. We were offered Sun chips or baked Lays. Yuck. We get down the road on our trip and I take the first bite of my sandwich. Had we not been traveling I would have spit it out. I opened my Subway sandwich, and there was nothing on it but bologna, no pepperoni no salami. Just baloney. I don't typically pay 6+ dollars for a bologna sandwich. That was the skimpiest subway sandwich we have ever gotten anywhere. I tried calling the restaurant and the phone rang off the hook. OK. I thought maybe the management office was closed on the weekend hence my call today. The same result. This location is terrible. Don't waste your money. I threw the sandwich away.

Well the food is okay and the prices are fine the people are absolute garbage. Every time I've tried to come to this Subway for the last week they've been closed even though their sign says that they are open until 8:00 p.m. everyday around 7:00 to 7:30 I go over there to try and get food on my break and the lady always says that she's not going to open the door back up and that she's done for the night. And she just sits there yapping away on her cell phone behind the counter until she turns off all the lights and leaves. Absolutely despicable Behavior she should be fired.

It seems like when something breaks it doesn’t get fixed for MONTHS! The Debit machine was out for more then 2 mos and they only took cash. Now the toaster has been out for about 6-8 weeks and is still not fixed. They NEVER EVER answer their phone. This is not an exaggeration, they never answer.

I order delivery and DoorDash was supposed to deliver it. I am in a wheelchair because of a broken leg so I can’t go down to the road to meet them. I saw them pull up slow down them drive off. I yell but with no luck. I tried calling this store like 20 times and no one will answer the phone!
