“I am extremely impressed with the customer service. I ordered a Buffalo pizza with a special of 50% off. When I got home, the pizza was made incorrectly with Alfredo sauce and no Buffalo sauce. I should have brought it back when I opened it, but I was really hungry I ate a few pieces and brought it back to show them. I talked to Brad, an employee who apologized and made me another pizza without any hesitations. He was extremely polite with a nice demeanor. I work in a resteraunt myself and was glad he treated me correctly!! Brad is an awesome employee!“

“Another amazing take-away/delivery. Been a customer since it opened. Personally rate this as the best pizzas in Jersey. I always get lovely pizzas from Hot Stuff. Tonight's was stunning. Arrived in only half an hour, nice and hot. I virtually inhaled the thing, hardly any chewing hahaha And they have a great range of side dishes and chippy style food as well and at great prices. “I ordered online and showed up 15 minutes too early but I went in anyways to see how far along my pizzas were. I was immediately greeted and told I'd only need to wait about 4-5 minutes. I waited in my car. Before I had a chance to go in, the kind employee that greeted me had already come out with the pizzas! We haven't eaten them yet, but they look and smell amazing.“

“Our server was awesome. We came in an hour before close; however the service broke our scale. If I could have rated higher than a 5, I would have. The owner makes really good homemade bread (it was so soft and warm), the pizza was definitely out of this world, because it was better than the pizza places I've tried in the states. Me and my sister also ordered a stuffed pasta with shrimp and chicken. It was so delicious and very creamy. We will be back!! This is one of our new favorite Italian spots. “This place is great. Good and affordable food. Affordable drinking spot with a really cool beer wall where u can pour your own draft. Bartenders are nice and helpful specifically Jean he's a great guy and made my drinks fast and well. Even the kitchen workers were nice and socialized for a minute. “We are new to this area and where we live, Pizza Hut delivery is not an option… which led us to find Isabella’s who DOES deliver through DoorDash! Haven’t been to the restaurant in person but since moving here we have had pizza delivered 3 times already and it is SOOOO good! So far we have just gotten our “go to” pepperoni pizza, and it really hits the spot!! So glad to have found this great pizza place!!“
“My mom had called to place an order over the phone. The employee was rude, made comments and laughed at her.I walked into the store and was furious with the employee and the manager was so nice!! I wish I could have gotten her name. Giving 5 stars for the manager. Amazing customer service and she was able to calm me down. She looked about middle aged with long brown hair. Props to her!!“
