I asked for tray & was told "we don't have trays". The ketchup container was filled with the spices sauce. The lemonade was watered down. The fries had obviously been sitting around for while. The turkey sandwich was great!The one and only Arby's I can truly say sucks.

I got the double roast beef sandwich and it was visually inedible. The meat wasn't the right color, it smelled old. I tasted a little bit of it and had to throw the whole sandwich away. I paid 13$ for a medium fry and a coke, I'm pretty disappointed.Also the cashier at the register was unwelcoming and the sprite was out of syrup
Ms Sam Rodgers to front end to quit taking orders only worried about drive thru . People standing in lobby waiting to order for over 20 minutes and many walking out . Ms Rodgers also stomping around all mad looking not making it a friendly environment.
