Ask for original chicken, fresh at the grease with a cheese add tomatoes and bacon. This is what I get at Burger King in Port Allen. Just so horrible for food. Please serve a person food like this.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. We were starving on our way back from my mom having a procedure in Baton Rouge. When we were ordered, the drive thru cashier couldn't hear us because of rap music playing so loud inside. We had to finish order at window. We had to wait several minutes and she was not nice at all. Our food was horrible. The fish sandwiches were over fried and the tarter tasted old. Everything tasted like the cooking oil was way past due for a change and the drinks were flat!!. Money wasted !! Will never go back and advice nobody waste their money.

The food is what you expect but they take forever to make it and always make you pull off and wait also there is alot of people that work here that treat you like a nuisance for just trying to get food.
Employees do not know what is on their burgers, will argue with you about it, give you the wrong food, then say "This is why I hate lunch". Very unprofessional and they don't know their own menu.

First of all breakfast and no coffee? Secondly, I did drive up did not receive any napkins with my two breakfast sandwiches. And later when I went in the washroom, there was neither hand towels nor the air dryer working.Overall a very unsatisfactory Burger King.

They pull up EVERY car before even attempting to make the orders like they are supposed to. I just received 3 MELTS (supposed to be melt like the picture) and I didn’t have onions or bacon on one and all three were just PLAIN WHITE bread. Two had no sauce. No one attempted to toast them. Nothing was melted. I called and the guy said they don’t come like that.
