Hot as hell. No AC and no air flow. Got nauseous waiting for food so hot. Understaffed. Waited forever for service and then again for the the meal . Been at the hotel for a while and every time I have tried to eat here I have left and went to BK next door.

Yeah….just stay away. I made the mistake of stopping here with my family this past weekend, and to say it was a horrendous experience is a vast understatement. The order was wrong and the employees claimed we ordered something we did not. It was an act of Congress to get it figured out. One employee didn’t seem to know what or where the taco sauce was…which wouldn’t have been an issue if the taco sauce had been out for anybody to grab like in a normal Taco Bell. I’ll never set foot in here again, and I may just give up “fast” food completely. There are too many other options when it comes to eating.

Had to repeat my order 4 times. Get to the window and was told the freezie machine is down. Ordered a Dr. Pepper and it came out of machine looking like tea. So ordered mountain dew and it is so watered down it's nasty. No one in drive through but me, they ask me to pull forward. I ordered 4 burittos and 2 nacho fries. It took over 10 minutes.

Really depends who is working. Also it seems like they will tell you they are out of items to get around doing there job.
Was passing through quickly on a work trip and was extremely pleased with the level of service. Also, the food was warm and fresh - 10/10. I find fast food is usually hit or miss, and Taco Bell is one of my favorites and this was a HIT!

If I could give this Taco Bell location 0 stars I most definitely would. Gave us all our food thrown in a bag with a hole in it & everything falling out. Our cinnamon twists weren't even in a bag just thrown all over the place. Had no drinks like Dr Pepper, etc. Made us reverse from drive thru window just to drive forward and get our food when they were ready. Couldn't add anything at window. Didn't even enjoy our food it was cold & the experience we had there with them was just trash.
Great experience today food was great the chicken and chicken wings were perfect and the mood was great all smiles from the employees there unlike yesterday in which was horrible. I hate to post negativity but the Manager yesterday was horrible speaking to his employees like there animals it's sad to see tears in a workers eyes and there working so hard but today all smiles.

Go through the drive thru at 8:30pm. Out of dark meat chicken. Out of chicken sandwiches. Out of chicken rolled tacos. Literally out of everything we asked for and what we asked for as a replacement. Off to McDonald's then.
