Never open when they are supposed to be open. Whoever owns this burger king need to fire whoever is managing it. Having the lights on while a guy is standing in the back of the kitchen doing nothing is unacceptable honestly

Took them over 7 minutes wait on coffee, finally went inside our food was just sitting on counter getting cold as they were waiting for coffee which doesn't take that long to brew. (We were only customers in line, no customersinside),)Manager has attitude for Unprofessional. Got a RefundWe won't spend our $ at that location, my friend warned me of the atmosphere @ that morning shift employees

My wife and I went to this Burger King. We looked around as we were hoping to dine in. All of the tables had food scraps on them. The floors were filthy and the staff who were cooking were unclean looking. One of the guys had his pants falling down and his long dreads were hanging loose and uncovered.We left without ordering our food.

The one star was because there wasn't a towel dispenser or a hand dryer in the men's room. This was the second Burger King location within the Parish (County for people from out of Louisiana). And there was signage inside the restroom stating, "Employees must wash hands before returning to work". Makes you wonder if they comply with that before handling customers food!!

Today in a hurry I picked up two sandwiches to heat up later for our dinner, I ordered on my app, which lets you customize every item. I’m not sure why though because this was definitely not the first time they seem to go out of their way to make it exact opposite as I have ordered. Literally said no lettuce and light mayo, add cheese for my original chicken sandwich and we just heated them up and it was an original chicken sandwich with only lettuce. They didn’t mind charging me for the add on cheese. Then the whopper I again paid for add on cheese and said no onion or pickle and what I received was a whopper no cheese mayo and ketchup oozing off of it with lots of onions and pickles. This is the 3rd time now and different shifts and have dealt with a completely rude manager of a shift and employees who aren’t trained so they don’t know how to help or do their jobs. And have experienced the manager and an employee making fun of me while in the drive thru bc I came back with my order they did completely wrong. I’ll not be going back and I suggest that if you like things you pay for the way you want them and want the additional add ons they charge you for. Also they have no knowledge of their app or their coupons

Literally just left and all 3 employees were outside. We pulled up to the drive thru they went in through the back door and never came to the speaker phone to take our order. We rode around blew the horn and pull back up they were literally hiding. It was at 9:40 so of course they didn’t close till 11 just horrible.
