This location has workers that literally hate their job. I go there all the time hoping it changes but I guess it’s not .. every time I go to pick up my food they always have it wrong by the time I get home I have to go all the way back up there to get me a new sandwich and they act like they’re doing me a favor because they make it wrong .. they could definitely get new employees that likes their job …

Got rizzed up in the firehouse subs and the food was delicious. Haley, Chloe, and raven were extra friendly and raven was professional and efficient! Definitely a regular customer. ?Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetables that can be used in place of meats and the veggie sandwich is deliciousParking: Blue hairKid-friendliness: The staff is very kind with my 2 year old. I attempted to clean up after her and they insisted that I leave it for them. ❤️Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps outside, accessible tables, and staff hand delivers food to tables.

This firehouse location is one of my favorites ! The staff are friendly and know how to make a mean sandwich; this sandwich shop is very clean and spacious as well. There's plenty of seating inside which makes it a great place to come enjoy some lunch with friends & family! My go-to sandwich here is hands down the Italian (w/out mustard) it's soooooo delicious! My only recommendation is reading the ingredients carefully knowing what they put on it and making sure to tell them if your don't want a specific ingredient on there (or more of something) , they will gladly adjust the ingredients to your liking. Firehouse also does catering and is a great way to feed a lot of different people with different preferences and still everyone will be able to eat something they like ! This is one of our frequent lunch stops and just thought I should shout them out for always doing a great job!

I was in this restaurant today and had the best experience. I have ARFID & I’m weird about my food but the staff was very accommodating. A nice young lady with blue hair helped me, then made my sandwich herself to make sure it would be right. That is customer service at its finest. I will definitely be returning to this location!! It’s nice to go into a place & see the staff laughing & working together instead arguing & giving off a bad attitude.

I am horrified at what this restuarant has become. The girl with the Blue hair, absolutely insulted me by insinuating I could not afforded 5 sandwiches. I should have left immediately but I didn't. I then came back a week ago, only to find her along with the female manager, laughing so loudly and whispering about their customers. So unprofessional and sick. I refuse to ever eat at this location again

I went to this particular establishment today 12-3-2023 after church. I ordered the foot long corned beef sub on white bread. I made a donation and I gave a tip. I brought my sub home to eat and I found some hair in my sandwich. I was so disgusted, disappointed and angry. I packed up the sandwich and took it right back to sandwich shop. Thank God I don't live far. When I entered the establishment, I wasn't rude or anything. I informed the young man why I was back. He informed a young lady that had on a red shirt and had blue hair what was going on. I assume she was a manager. She informed him that she was too busy with orders, she couldn't help me so another young lady who was getting something to drink from the soda machine came to assist me. I see her name is raven from the refund receipt. I told her what happened and I opened the container that had the sandwich in it and I showed her the sandwich with the hair. She pulled the hair from the sandwich and apologized. She asked me did I want another sub and I told her I would like a refund. While I was speaking to this young lady, the one with the blue hair and the young man was talking and laughing. I don't know if they were talking or laughing about me but from where I was standing, that's what it seemed like to me. You couldn't help me but you have time to talk and laugh. They showed no sympathy. I don't know what has happened to the food industry. It's like they do not care about their customers anymore. Also, what happened to restaurants requiring their employees to wear hair nets when preparing food. I really wanted that sub but I am now turned off. They have lost my business. I will not be back. I sure wish I've had taken a picture of the sub but I wasn't thinking I was just so mad.

I have come to this location on Airline Highway once a month and this time the Spicy Cajun Chicken just was not right. In the medium size sandwich - the bun was smaller, there was too much mayo spread, and only four jalapeños. There was no Spicy in this sandwich that I had previously. The fountain drink was watered down. When we ordered our meals, we were asked if we wanted a pickle spear; however, there were no pickles on the meal brought out to us. For a $30 meal, this was a disappointment especially when you tip the staff before getting the service. The Firehouse owners need better employees. Save your money for a better restaurant. Don't stop here, keep on driving by.

Wouldn't even give 1 start if I didn't have to. Ordered a pick up order, got home and sandwiches were missing meat. Called the store and was told I had to bring the bread and lettuce back to receive my refund, went and brought that back, upon getting into my vehicle one of the employees decided she would come up the window sarcastically and blow me kisses and wave me off. Went back in to ask what the issue was and she ran to the back and wouldn't come back out. This store lacks horribly in customer service, sandwich making and clearly trainings needs to be provided on how to deal with the public (and make a sandwich)
