We went to Fratelli's tonight for the first time. We really liked it. The staff was very friendly and the service was outstanding. Since it was our first visit, we tried the Italian Sampler with Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna and a Supreme Pizza. The food was really good with large portions. The place had a real family feel. The bar was nice and the overall atmosphere was very nice.

I have to say, Giovanni is the definition of superb/above & beyond customer service! I have been a customer for years, and never had a single complaintbefore. However, I ordered my usual Chicken Parmesan to go this evening,and happened to ask "if the dish hadchanged?" Long story short, I receivedthe wrong dish a couple months back,showed Giovanni the picture of what Ireceived and he confirmed it was a dish of his... But agreed with me when I said "it wasn't what I ordered." WHAT WASSO GREAT, and TOTALLY UNNECESSARY is that he comped my dinner this evening, even though I insisted on paying for it, mistakeshappen! All I could get him to acceptwas a cash tip for his staff, and I wish Iwould've had more cash on me. People like Giovanni are the HEART & SOUL ofsmall business owners, he DID NOThave to do that! But he did, and I'll never forget it, and he'll get all my business in the future! Give Fratelli's a try if you haven't PLEASE!!! It's truly great food made by even better people! They TRULY value their customers and the experiences they have!Parking: Near restaurant, more than enough spaces!Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly establishment, run by a family itself!
Just had lunch at Fratelli’s and it was so good and the food tasted so fresh!! This was my first time, and I will definitely go back. It’s Sunday afternoon so they use the dinner menu (big servings) but the prices were still really reasonable and I noticed a lunch menu that’s very reasonable. The tiramisu was also delicious. Highly recommend!
Food was good. Kind of messy. They gave us 10 dinner rolls and all 10 were hard enough that you couldn't consume them.

This is the type of restaurant you’d see in an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. The lasagna is definitely frozen, and the Alfredo is definitely from a jar but they add sugar or some type of sweetener to it. You’d get better Italian from a Chinese restaurant.
