The new outside ordering is a mess. The poor kids in 100 degree weather don’t repeat your order back to you. You don’t get a receipt. You roll up to the window having no clue if your order is right and then it’s wrong. You ask to get a refund and they tell you in 7 days check your account. You just lost my business permanently.

Seems quality has really dropped off at this location over the past year. The fries are small and soggy, the chicken batter falls off, and the toast is barely buttered. Even for dine in orders. The new management seems focused on speed at the expense of quality. I'll be sticking with the Gonzales location until something is done to improve quality here.

Tiny parking lot. Drive thru traffic will block dine guests from getting in and out.

Food was very fresh and took no time at all. The staff were obviously enjoying their work and were very friendly. One of the better Cane’s I’ve eaten at for sure.

Update: I went because of a Mother's Day BOGO offer and ordered their usually limp fries "extra crispy" (read about the extra crispy thing online by chance). WOW! It's a major upgrade to the fries. They're fantastic fried just a little bit more. So much better. If Cane's has any sense, they'll make extra crispy their standard way of preparing fries. I'll order them again the next time they do a BOGO.------Updating review after their MAJOR price hike/gouge. A box combo used to be like $8.79, now they've jacked it to $10.59! And that's for 4 tiny chicken fingers, some potato sticks, a piece of bread, & a tiny cup of watery coleslaw. Yes, the food is high quality and fresh (except for the watery slaw), but at that price it's a very hard NO.I remember when they downsized this from a 5-finger combo AND raised the price several years ago; that was a big slap in the face to customers already. Now, they go and do this. I know inflation is bad right now, but that price increase is way above reasonable. I could tolerate maybe a one-dollar increase, but even then, Cane's was pricey.I've been a Caniac Club cardholder for so long pieces of the magnetic strip on my card are coming off - that is to say I've been a loyal customer for as long as Raising Cane's has existed. From now on, though, the only time I'll be driving through or dining in is if there's a BOGO offer. My guess is those will disappear, too, as the only promotional emails I seem to receive any more just push their "swag" which is basically getting you to pay them to advertise for them.It may not sound like it, but I hated writing this review. I honestly do love the food at Raising Cane's, but at these prices it's simply not worth it for me anymore. This is only my opinion, yours may differ. I only offer this as guidance from my perspective.
