Pizza was made very sloppy, was not cooked all the way. ( the dough was still gooey on the inside )And I called to the store to tell them this, and they replied “ oh… well sorry. Then hung up.

Got two pizzas and one cheese bread. One pizza was perfect. The other which was mine had so much sauce it was soggy only two pieces were able to be eaten. The rest had so much sauce and barely any cheese. Then Instead I went to eat the bread and the dough was raw. I'm just very angry. I spent 40 dollars for one pizza basically since the other two items couldn't even be eaten. Was only offered a coupon for my next order but no I'm not ordering from this location again. Very unhappy.

The customer service was top notch, the wait was normal. The price is ok but could be cheaper. The pizza ? itself was were I felt could of been better then it was but it's always going to be what it is because it's what the company directs it to be.

Lame--ended up with 2 wrong pizzas and a cheesy bread that hadn't been cooked through--could literally see the cold, unmelty shreds of cheese. Was sad.

Waited over an hour called and was very rudely told it would be another 45 minutes. May never get from this store again. It’s usually very good not sure what changed. Very sad

It is Sunday night at 9pm, I had an issue with ordering on line, I tried calling no answer so I drove over. No one would come to the window so I finally knocked on the window. A nice gentleman came to the window so I explained what happened. I asked if I could order, was i loud probably because there was a female employee yelling we are only 2 people in here & we aren’t answering the phones & being very rude. I placed my order & she is complaining about all the orders and how she was gonna turn off ordering & rude people coming up to the window and that is when I said your are being very rude & ugly & she’s says I’m not talking to you & we continued to have words. I told her if she was not happy with her job she should find another one. This behavior is beyond unacceptable. We purchase from your store multiple times a month & I’ve always had a great experience but I’m not sure I want to even go back & pick up my order.

Placed an order online where it said they were open and after my card was charged they called to tell me they were closed. When I called back to ask why my card was still charged and they asked if I'd like to place an order. Horrible customer service I was hung up on instead of receiving an answer.
