I enjoy their breakfast biscuits. But it seems every time I go here there is always something wrong with my order. Last time, we ordered white milk but ended up with chocolate milk. When asking for ketchup, we were told they were out. How does a major hamburger chain run out of ketchup?!

Manager was only person actually working, everyone else was playing wit phones or outside.Kinda scarry really.Ordered at kiosk got no receipt.Took about 15 minutes, manager? Brought our order.Other guys stood around and played with there phones.When we left as we drove around back three employees came out back door playing keep away with a phone.There was nothing Profesional about this place.

I’m sooo tired of this Mcdonald’s! Everything is always wrong. I ordered a large fry, and it was barely filled. I ordered a oatmeal and it was literally BURNT!!! Dry as hell, I had to throw it away waste of money.. I love Mcdonald’s fries, and breakfast but I hate coming to this one but it’s so close to my home. I wish they get it together on the inside.. Yall large fries already $5, and yall fill it up like it’s a Medium. Some of my fries was burnt, and some of them were undone and flappy.. Im really so tired of this Mcdonald’s! But y’all want to be labeled “ Worlds Famous Fries “?I’ll be back though!!!!

Its Jan 1st 2024 at 4:40 I was waiting for cashier to take my money but he was to busy talking to stop, and take my money I even called out he stil continued to talk so I went to pick up window then he runs up like I ran the window. No apology for the rudeness of cashier.and make it worse my mc nuggets were fried in burnt oil. Who ever reads this try MD in Hackensack its on next street over better tasting food, andcustomer service .

I stop there in Harahan, in the mornings and the ladies that work there are friendly and very good at the service they provide...I always leave with a smile that they provided

I got a cheeseburger for my daughter and she opened the burger up and there was a piece of plastic on her bun melted to it

So I ended up getting in line and this location has 2 drive through order stations and I ended up waiting in line while they took 3 people who pulled into the opposite line who got in line after me. I got to the window and the woman was pretty rude and after all of that I got my burgers and not only were they extremely dry but they were also cold along with my French fries. This isn't the only time they did this. My friend had the same thing happen to him but the only difference was he ask the person at the window why they took 2 people before him when he was waiting before them and the lady at the window was extremely rude to him and instead of an explanation or a calm apology this woman decided to shout and yell like she did nothing wrong. If you enjoy terrible service along with ignorant rude employees be my guest to eat here.
