I recently ordered carry out online. I ordered the mini molten lava and found a long strain of hair in my caramel sauce. I’ve never had an issue with Chili’s and I always order the cake as a dessert. And never been a problem. This may be my last eating here. I’m just so disappointed and disgusted. It makes me question. Is anyone wearing hairnets or atleast pulling the hair in ponytail?

Kamden was our server, and she was on top of it from start to finish!She was friendly and professional.Great experience with her.
The food was good but the potatoe soup was not completely full and was so thick it could have been mashed potatoes instead of soup. The outside was very dark, no lights were on on the outside of the building.

Food is decent but there service and organization/management is needs some work. A 45 minute wait for when the restaurant is 25% full is sad. We watched 3 groups of 2-3 come in and say they would go somewhere else due to the wait. We had to flag down the hostess to even get attention to be waited for a tabl.

Losing its knack for quality food. Had the cajun chicken pasta and it was served cold. Not warm, not even lukewarm, just cold. The sauce was nonexistent cause it probably sat and dried out while waiting for my SOs steak to be done.

This was an impulsive trip to grab something to eat. The last 2 times I've ordered boneless wings they have been so hard they weren't edible. At one time they had the best boneless wings but not anymore. I won't order them again. Not at the Ruston Chili's anyway!

Food is good usually but we ordered wings from their ghost kitchen after restaurant hours, so the order consisted of two different wings. It was upsetting to see that there was a major difference in food quantity with the two flavors.One flavor had decent prices of chicken and the other were small.
