Rockey helped us out today and was wonderful. He was a gentleman and smiled the whole time in checking us out. He was polite and kind. DQ needs more like him. If I could, I would hire him away.

It took them 45 min on a blizzard with almost no other customers inside to come to find out I get 3 min literally .9 of a mile the road and it’s all melted… I’m highly disappointed will never come

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I made a mobile order via the app in hopes that I could make it easier on the staff and being transparent, it’s 102 outside so I did not want to get out of the air and come inside. After waiting in the car line that moved slowly, when we got to the speaker we were told that we would have to come inside. Between her tone and the ridiculous response/ rule you have created, I’m not certain I will visit this location again.
The staff is so helpful. Plus this is good old-fashioned Dairy Queen and who can argue with that? A very modern facility that has the charm of the traditional DQs.

Where would I initially pulled up to the drive-thru there was a car line I thought it was going to take me forever to order what I wanted but I was patient enough to wait and what seemed like was going to be a long time was not a long time at all traffic moved pretty fast when I got to the window my food was there it was hot and the service was great it was a in and out situation No Doubt

Best milkshake but they are the most expensive and they no longer offer grilled cheese kid meals.Kid-friendliness: Same as all fast food placed except they just took the grilled cheese off the menuWheelchair accessibility: It has 2 or 3 handicap spots and a wheelchair ramp
