I've been a fan of Johnny's since my college days in 2000. Returning to Louisiana for a visit, I heard about a new location and had to try it to see if it lived up to the old taste. It was amazing - fresh, hot, though it took a while to make. I couldn't resist and devoured every bit of it! The place was impeccably clean, even the bathrooms. Great manager and staff. Stopped in for lunch while passing threw, there wasn't a empty seat but they stayed on top of everything. The food was fresh and they kept the buffet full
