On March 9th, around 11ish, I visited KFC in Ruston Louisiana. As soon as I walked up ,the lobby door was locked ,so I walked around to the side door, and it was also locked. I saw 2 people sitting in the lobby looking at me knocking on the door. It was a tall skinny woman come to the door (she was a manger) and she tells me the lobby was closed , and I asked why was the doors locked and her response was very rude. It was also another young lady came to the door right beside her and she seemed very upset with a nasty attitude and she was also a manger. She was saying the lobby was going to be closed all day . It was earlier enough for the lobby to still be open. Me and my wife enjoy sitting in the lobby and having lunch together, and for us to walk up to the store to have our usual lunch just to be turned around with disappointment was not a good look.

I went through the drive thru, ordered a two piece box dark meat with coleslaw and sweet tea.When the woman opened the window she snatched my money out of my hand and slammed the window shut. When she came back she threw my change, pushed my food thru the car window and slammed the window again. Then when I stopped to eat my food it was all white meat instead of dark and no spoon or anything to eat the coleslaw.

Placed an online order for pick up, but they didn’t start working on the order until we arrived. We were the only customers inside, but waited 45 minutes past the requested pick up time time before the food was ready. The two ladies behind the counter did not wear gloves while preparing our order, and they kept asking us and each other what all was supposed to be in our order. They forgot our two orders of fries, but the food we did receive was terrible quality… one chicken tender was so tough that I couldn’t bite into it or even tear it apart with my hands. The biscuits were dry, hard, and crumbly. The mashed potatoes were a weird consistency. Terrible experience overall! 0 out of 10, would not eat again.

Yesterday afternoon I visited KFC Drive thru and I couldn’t place my order due to an overwhelming sent of Marijuana coming from outside. I looked and there was a kfc employee smoking weed standing by the back door of the store. . That’s so unprofessional no one wants to have there order smelling like weed .kFC needs to do better.

Kfc in Ruston is horrible, the air is out and them employees are sweating, I don’t see how they allowing this to go on , and why it’s not shut down because of the air , it’s always some with the location , it should be shut down for good , i understand why they are bein rude , it’s hot in their!

OMG!!! We randomly decided to go to KFC Sunday evening around 6ish to eat. The drive thru had a couple of cars. We went inside and when the female finally turned around she looked outside and she turned back around and said something to the male worker, she then walked over to the counter and looked at us I don't think she even asked could she take our order. I said I would like to order a 2 piece white. She told us they were out of white meat chicken. I asked how long it would be because we were willing to wait for them to cook it... She said they were not cooking any because it was frozen. We walked out ? Never go back! Oh yes & their air conditioner was broken. The employees didn't want to be there!!! Never again!!!

Will never return, staff was just standing around doing nothing waited 30 min for our food there was no soda available to drink they said they were out! all of them ?? No paper towels in br not checked every 10 min as posted the place was not busy at all
