Tonight was the worse service I've ever had. Enchilada was so hard it wasn't edible and service sucked. The waiter was rude!!

Today my lunch portion of shrimp fajitas only came with 4 medium-sized shrimp! It also came with 4 tortilla shells which was about 3 too many for the amount of food provided. The food tasted good but I won’t be going back because the portions are a joke.

Their Birria dishes have brought an interesting and good change up to the original menu selections. If you haven't tried it, you should. The Birria Ramen is really good on cold days when you're in a soup mood. The Birria Tacos are great.

It was good but as the waiter was taking my order for my drink I took too long so he tranquilized me, cut my limbs off, set me on fire and buried me, other than that it was perfect though!

Ordered to-go, fajita chicken taco salads. Received beans mostly and barely any shredded chicken. Was extremely skimpy and no peppers or onions. Very disappointing.
Holy smokes you guys, if you order the lunch fajitas be aware that you will be served a children’s portion. Some buddies and I visited today and my $12 got me approximately six bites of extremely average Mexican food. I have never had a bad time at this establishment until today and I’m not sure if I will ever be back. There are baby food jars larger than the steak I ate for lunch today. Fascinating how poor my experience was because of it.

We were passing through on a trip back home from Texas and looking for a place to stop, eat and rest a bit. Checked out reviews of Mexican restaurants in the area and it sounded good and it very well lived up to the reviews! The chips and taco shells were fresh, light, and crispy! Excellent seasoning! Portions really good! Wish we had one closer - we would be regulars!

Ruston has a plethora of Mexican restaurants, and I have eaten at them all. However, La Bamba is my favorite and the only one I continue to patronize. Good, fresh, well-made Mexican food in a clean restaurant. Excellent wait staff. Good drinks, chips and salsa when you sit down. Their steak fajitas are unbelievable--generous tender juicy steak well seasoned over grilled vegetables. The queso is excellent. Puffy tacos-yummm. I literally could eat here every day but restrict myself to once a week.
