The service is AWFUL many people were waiting for 20+ minutes after they had ordered their food with nobody in the drive thru. they were talking about their own personal food and yelling at each other from across the restaurant. Then had attitudes when people were checking in on their food.

For starters, fast food is fast food. You're going to get the quality of a fast food store. However, I actually believe that their food is fresher or cooked on the spot more often than others places I've been. Having worked in a couple of fast food restaurants, I can generally tell. I'm not sure if I have been lucky service wise as it seems some reviewers have had bad experiences. For me and my friend group, they're always super nice and considerate. I've only ever done dine-in, never drive-thru so that may be why. But for the times I've been there it's always been super fast and efficient. I don't feel bad asking for something like ketchup. Or if my food is wrong, the employees fix it without coming off rude. Again, might just be my experience but I believe it's a solid fast food place for service and general food freshness. Better than the other McDonald's here in town.

The worse McDonald’s ever! Would not respond to us but stood in the view of the window ignoring us. We waited in the drive thru for 30 mins and got our food finally ice cold. They took a bite out of a burger and wrapped it back up. Multiple people got out of there cars because she wouldn’t give anyone their food WHICH WE PAID FOR. This is ridiculous and a poor excuse for a McDonald’s.
I have been to this place tons of times, 99 percent of the time my order comes with NO fries, no burger, missing nuggets, random drinks I didn't order instead of actual food I asked and payed for!

October 13th, 2022 I think this place closed for relocation. If you are on a road trip or need food asap, skip this address because you’ll be disappointed they’re closed. Plus side — there’s a lot more food options on the other side of it.

Terrible Service: Let me leave you with this nugget... You NEVER know Who's in your Presence! Your INSIDE is Just as Important as your OUTSIDE. (Front Counter/Drive Thru) After entering the building, there was no Welcome or Acknowledgement, AND After WAITING About 5-7 minutes...Ended up Leaving with NOTHING! EXCEPT THIS TERRIBLE REVIEW! And Being Late for work and Hungry!!! And McDonald's just lost not only Money but One of the Biggest Forms of Advertising: My WORD OF MOUTH! #BeBlessed
