I'm not sure who decides when the texts go out, but that needs to change. 10 min after placing order, I got a text saying it was ready. 2 min later it was out for delivery. I literally live a mile from the place and our food got here 40 minutes after the text said it was on the way. FORTY MINUTES
My pizza was very undercooked. I don't mind doughy bread but the toppings weren't cooked and didn't stick to the cheese. I couldn't eat it the way it came, thank goodness for an air fryer. I didnt want to make my own pizza tonight. Also, they forgot to put honey BBQ on my honey BBQ wings, smh, there is a drop of sauce at the bottom but unfortunately it wasn't enough to coat all the wings. I'm giving them 2 stars because delivery was fast

First stop using DoorDash for delivery, it gets lost in transactions, and the pizza doesn't get to the recipient. It was over an hour until I had to drive and pick my order up. Second, the customer service in the Hut is rude and pleases simple math and how to appropriate the slicing of a whole pie.
