3rd time in a row i went at dinner time and they only have spicy chicken. And refused to cook more ever single i ask and the parking lot always empty . Went another time and spent 50 bucks on chicken and specifically asked no spicy bc my son cannot eat it and he ended up in the hospital bc you mixed in spicy with regular! When someome tells you they cannot eat spicy food thats exactly.what it means! New management needs to happen or i wont come back! Sad bc popeyes is one of my favorite places! Not anymore!

The lady at the window(I wish I would have gotten her name) was so friendly and spoke to us like we have been friends forever(even though this is the 1st time seeing this lady) We got our food in a decent amount of wait time.

Why can’t we give a negative star? That’s how bad this place is. If you don’t mind sitting for 40 minutes in a drive through maybe you will be happier than me. These people couldn’t care less about waiting on customers.

i never leave reviews but this was actually probably my the worst customer service i’ve ever seen in my life. they forgot my side and sauce that i ordered, and then proceeded to charge me extra to get the sauce that i already paid for but didn’t get in the first place. the person in the drive thru was incredibly rude… ma’am you work at popeyes for a living at your big age… chill out. service is actually worse than mcdonald’s.

It took 15 minutes in drive through before I could place an order. I ordered 2 piece reg with red beans and rice as my side. Did not check the box; got to the hotel to find French fries (cold) and I don't know what you have done to your biscuits. They used to be so good. It had been several months since I went to Popeyes( in another city). But there did not get what I ordered. Don't plan on giving Popeyes any more business.
