I was surprised at how good the food was. The place is not welcoming or well kept but the ribs was the best I have had besides my own! Keep in mind I don't eat pork outside of my house.

Been awhile, but back in the days of the Holsum Bread house, the ribs were the best and tasted delicious with some pilfered day old bread. Sausage good too. And if you need any sprite for your lawnmower they've got you covered. Don't try to feed neighbor's dog a powdered donut though. They'll accuse you of trying to get him all coked up. Like I would waste my Coke on a dog! Who are they kidding?!? Ample hwy parking.

The rib shack was a staple when I was at University up In Grambling, they ran out of ribs nearly every day. I Highly recommend that you check them out.

I must admit their food is delicious, and I'm not sure who the rude and condescending chipmunk is that works there but him and his service has ruined Rib Shack for me. I definitely won't be going back and I won't recommend to anyone.

I ordered bake potato. It was overcooked. I took it back, and the man was rude, yelled and cussed at me, and refused to give my money back. He told me I don't know shit about a potato. I know if it's brown, it's overcooked. I said ok I will take a sandwich. I Thinking it would be the kind of meat that I asked for on the potato. They gave a beef sandwich that looked like a Sloppy Joe. A friend ordered my potato from there. I hadn't eaten there in years cause the food was not good to me. He decided to taste the potato, part of the potato dropped from his hand back to the plate, and he pushed it back to me and said there was nothing wrong with it. It's that color cause it was on the grill. I know a lot of people eat there. I won't eat just anything. They are not clean.
