The waiter was great!! The pizza was burnt n the manager didnt want to remake because we ate one slice of the pizza . I paid for it and got the cinnamon bites was hard only thing was good was the ice cream. That was my first n last time going .

As the awards hang on the wall, you would think you were going to have the most amazing experience.Staff can kill a restaurant, and its name sake, and all that did ever worked for. No salt on the table. I guess I was insulting the chef, The pasta was cold. Oh well, I guess it doesn’t need to go back to the kitchen that would be after I waited 40 minutes to get my food.The cool vibe of how pizza is served on a Dish is cool, but the pasta comes out in a dirty bowl that looks rusted from the kitchen as if it’s a prep tool and not a serving device., Expensive, unimpressive, and does not pay homage to the amazing man blue ribbon winner, Guinness, book of world record holder, time to make changes.Got the manager involved and hate to do that. The bill was a mere $37 for such a poor experience but he said he took care of us and gave us six bucks off. PS I waited another 15 minutes to get that done too

My wife and I popped in to Rotolo's since everything else in Ruston was closed. We didn't really have a taste for pizza so we went with something lighter. It was a Sunday so business and service was slow but we did enjoy the atmosphere. Plenty of local beer available which I thought was really cool. Worth checking out.

It’s very nice that they have an online allergy chart and allergy-friendly options. Not so nice that what I ordered was substituted without my consent, and I didn’t know that I was feeding my kids food that hurts them until after I got the bill (which was about $60 for two personal pizzas and two drinks). I had even double checked with the waitress when she served it to make sure it was dairy-free. She also didn’t write down the order and didn’t get it completely right.

We love this pizza place! We went during a roadtrip and going back on the way back home! I do put 4 stars for the service because although our server was friendly and kind when we came up front no one greeted us and waiting a minute or two, also saw several people coming in while we were waiting for our food and they looked confused since there was no one up front greeting them, they waited a while as well. Other than that food was delicious and atmosphere was nice.Kid-friendliness: They give crayons and a paper with activities for the kids.

We were seated (2 people) quickly. Our server came to take our drink order, we each ordered a beer. We didn't see our waitress again after ordering fooduntil she brought it out. Another passing waitress asked us if we had been helped and found our drinks. Our beer was sitting on the bar hanging out because the bartender disappeared and no one knew which beer was which.. 10 minutes to get our drinks. Food was great but our server sucked..don't remember her name.

Food was good, especially the pizza but it's not over the top. Pricing was good for what it's worth. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was family friendly. Layout was good. Overall, everything was pretty good.
Great calzones with fresh ingredients - loved the marinara dipping sauce that came with it - friendly staff - nice atmosphere for watching sports and hanging out with friends. Plenty of TVs. It is a little pricey. I think they would do more business if they ran a few specials or were more aggressive with happy hour deals…but good food and service nonetheless.

Really love that they have vegan options only wish they were healthier options ;)Recently the vegan meatballs I had were obviously bad... Seemed like the recipe was messed up somehow. Regardless the manager did remove the item but only after I discussed that her original solution of only discounting it by 50% was not sufficient given I have even been able to eat 5% of it. All said it worked out but only after I got home and cooked myself something.
