Just finished three links of LeBlanc's Rice & Shrimp Boudin which we bought in Hammond at B&J Seafood Market. It is better than wonderful. You can bet I will look for it in the future..

This the BEST boudin I have ever had (and I've tasted it from all over the state). My favorite is the Shrimp & Pork, but the others are great too. I can only find it in the Cash's Truck Stop off 415 in Port Allen. They sell it in the hot food trays; BUT you can ask to buy a whole pack frozen. It's worth it!!!
